We call Uni, "Kina" here and I love it alot! In New Zealand, fish and chips shops are almost everywhere here. The best battered or crumbled fish to buy from most fish n chip shops are Warehou, Snapper or John Dory fish. Also Paua patties (abalone patties), with battered and Raw NZ Green lip mussels, a punnet of Rawfish and fry bread or cook island donut on the side. So gooood!! 😍😍😍😍🤤🤤🤤🤤

You should try the fried clams at the Portside Cafe!!! They taste amazing 🤤🤤 and were my favourite! Or that candy shop's saltwater taffy, its amazing! :)

Jeanelle, if you ever have the chance, you need to go eat at Pike Place Bar & Grill in Pike Place, Seattle, and try their fish & chips. The fries (chips) are good, but the fish + tartar sauce is PHENOMENAL. Gosh, I'm drooling right now just thinking about it...

I live in the desert 80 miles from redondo ling beach. This takes me back when my family wouldnjust get the car explore souther cal and end up getting shrimp fajitas on the beach. A nice outing

Omg!!! I grew up going to that exact spot! I miss it so much. It's been a long time since my family and I have been able to go 🥺

There is another spot near that market it's called Captain Kids and its is one of the best seafood restaurants I've ever had.

We have a few places around us that are similar- in that they appear to be simple fish markets (usually close to the harbor) that make amazing cooked foods inside 😋

Sea urchin I haven't tried before but I heard a story before that made me want to eat some urchin 2 elderly women where in need of money and since there children where either far away or didn't have enough money to support them they decided to do their old job and that was catch sea urchin with their bare hands They where old but still got it and watching them go hours in the water trying to get sea urchin then take the filling out and sell it for only 100 pesos ( 2 dollars ) really broke my heart since they don't eat urchin as much since they just sell them and once they finally got some support to take it easy, the last thing they did before quitting was to eat urchin

The breaded fish and shrimps and the mussels...arrgh... I miss eating shellfish already!

See in theory it all look delicious, but then I remember that I find any and all sea food repulsive, and even the smell of stepping into the market would probably make me a bit nauseous. But it looks very good through a screen.

Hi im your Biggest fans anb im frome Indonesia I recommended to try Indomie goreng this my secret First u boil the noddle anb don't get the tometo sauche anb u put it one a plate with the rest of the souche anb after u cook the noddle u fride it anb add the tometo anb the other sauche anb try it Wen i first time tried it ITS was good btw add some nugget Its SOOOO Good
