I remember walking into the hospital, all alone, dilated at almost a 6, with two big bags. It was so sad.. I was the only one in the labor area. It was so dark and quiet and lonely. But I still had a beautiful delivery. My son was all that I cared about anyway.

Rissa was so beautiful pregnant, even up until the day she was due. That’s what getting showered with love, affection, and patience looks like through pregnancy.

I know how it felt Rissa i was also contracting for almost 48hrs 5minutes apart and not dilating.The pain is unbearable but we made it thru God's grace. I remember when i then gave birth the nurses shouted "victor" because the doctor said it's a miracle for both of us to be alive because my water ddnt break and i was in severe pains.and today am happy my boy is already a year and almost 2months old. I had contractions all 15 hours with my son.. i had all back labor and my son was breached, he also had a bowel movement in me and he swallowed it. I never dialated at all and loss so much fluid so i had an emergency csection. He is 17 now but his bday is Nov 16th. Congratulations again he is adorable

I remember when I was in labour for 80 hours straight 😪 I won't lie it was tough and I havent slept for about 3-4 days straight, I also had strong contractions which would take a break for about 5-10 minutes apart ...but my baby girl is here now and I love her so much ...gave birth on the 19th of October at 4pm ...you're strong Rises and you have a great partner who is always by your side❤

So funny that happened with me with both of my daughters. It was the most frustrating thing ever! It makes you feel like everytime they say we can’t keep you makes you feel like maybe you are being dramatic. But that shit really hurts. The same thing happened to me. Contractions no dilation. I was like that as well for 3 days with both girls. Women really are strong.

Guys giving birth is no joke but Quan is one of the most loving and responsible young man I have met he’s thoughtful and understanding and loves Rissa unconditionally and I love and appreciate him for that, I have kids and I was not in the position to get epidural so I went thru all the labor pain without that and trust me it was torture but thank God he took me thru dem all Rissa you dealt with it with so much class I’m so proud of you.

Even for my broken ankle they told me i took Tylenol in the ambulance lol (while screaming for an hour and a half on a stretcher (ankle was sitting on top of my foot literally)in the ambulance station smh. Ended up with some heavy narcotics of course lol 😆 🙃 🤣 yeah Tylenol doesn't solve everything .. I also can relate to understand the 5 min contractions all day, my mom had never seen that before either...some didn't believe the pain I said I was in as well but I did stay home, 16 hours active labour.. no joke. i had to go in when the pain was too excruciating!! I was 7 cm dilated when they checked me and my son was out and looking around in 4 pushes only 2 hours after leaving my house!!close call !!so no pain medication for me unfortunately but God bless the creator of epidural 😆 Next time be careful riss .. your hospital was too far, hopefully your new home has a hospital closer for next baby. 🙏 😊 😃 I think you did an amazing job!! 👏 also quan. . 😆 🤣 😂 poor quan, at least rissa didn't hide your hospital bag this time.. smoother experience for him this time. The same thing happened to me with my last 2 pregnancies. I had fluid leakage. The hospital discharged me because they said it wasn't my water. Next 30 min I am in Babies R US and my water breaks. Had to go back to the hospital & prepare for delivery.

Sounds like my labour with my first baby, I was in labour from Thursday and had my baby on the Saturday natural birth with no pain relieve, It was a terrible experience I never wanted babies again after that it really put me off, however I had another baby 16 years after that by C section because baby was bridge, another painful experience and long recovery, woman is really strong, it is amazing we can go through all that pain and labour, and still raise and care for our family, Rissa and Quarn you are an amazing couple very supportive of each other and clearly loving your beautiful baby boy, you all are blessed to have each other

The same thing happened to me with my water for my first baby. So glad your Dr told you to take action. My Dr told me that I was peeing myself. I told him that it was no way that it was pee. He kept arguing with me. This was on a fri. I had no pain, so I never called him back. Well, Sat night my aunt came over and I was telling her what happened. She said get ready. I'm taking you straight to the hospital. I went, and they checked me and I was dry. My water broke on fri. I was furious. They induced me, and every time I had contractions her heartbeat would stop. They were seeing this on the monitor. They did nothing. It took her grandfather to yell at them for them to do anything. The Dr came in yelling, and suddenly started to apologize when he saw the monitor. He had them immediately prep me for an emergency c-section. The cord was wrapped around her neck, due to having no water in there. I'm so blessed that everything turned out the way it did. She was healthy and beautiful. I have more gruesome things that happened before the birth while in the hospital, but I'll spare you.

Good job guys... same thing happened to my daughter and son-in-love... my first grandson was born a few weeks before Shine and very similar birthing experiences

I experienced back labor and it was no joke. I also was in labor from Sunday morning til Tuesday evening. Finally I dilated to 10 centimeters could start pushing and baby boy goes into distress. I had the pleasure of being rush into emergency c-section. But thank God I had a healthy baby boy.

I think her taking a shower was reducing/ slowing down the process. I did that mistake with my first child and i was in that pain for the whole two days u guys. But on this one i made sure i dont touch any water not even to drink. So when my contractions started on the 7th November 2021 at around 22h00 , after an hour i just took my bags and and went straight to the hospital. When i went there i was already 6cm dilated u guys. I was in great pain the whole night i thought i was going to die 🤣and i delivered on the 8th at 07h50 that morning.

This is the reason why I watch you guys you all are really real quan took accountability for brushing his lady off when she was in pain riss you a trooper built for this guys your baby is so handsome

Rissa I know what you were going through with my last daughter I have been in labor for a week contractions was 5 minutes apart but I was not dilating at all I didn't have her until the 22 November a day after her due date it was my toughest pregnancy..... didn't go through any of that with my twin girls at all..... but am happy everything turn out good and you and baby is safe and healthy.
