After being pregnant for 9 months, and a new mom for 9 months, A LOT has changed! With an energetic baby boy who loves to crawl and is beginning to walk, I've definitely got my hands full! I am still breastfeeding and Max has been eating solids now for about 3 months, and loves almost every plant-based food he's tried! We are implementing some baby led weaning, as well as other feeding techniques, and our days are full of lots of stimulating activities, play time, nap time, exercise, and everything in between! In this particular video, daddy was out of town, so mommy had her first test as a single parent! Hope you guys enjoy this one, it was very special to create for you all!

Oh my gosh, SUCH a happy healthy baby. I nursed my two long term (they are 26 and 23 now), but wasn't as strict with diet....so wish I could do that part over again. But both were born at home, not vaccinated, both are organic farmers and amazing vegan cooks though so it rubbed off on them! Thank you for the shouts out for Jesus too sister! God bless you guys

So glad I found you guys. We've been vegan for over 6 yrs (myself, and daughter. Hubby for 3) but I am due in 3 weeks and this is my first vegan pregnancy and looking forward to ideas for introducing solids at 6 mo and still hopefully breastfeeding. God bless you guys!

I’ve been wanting to tell you for a couple of days, but haven’t been on KZfaq since before Christmas. I made your lasagna and the Snicker Doodle Cookies. Both of them are awesome!! I still have one more serving of lasagna to eat today. I will be making it again. And I’ve made at least 5 batches of the cookies. My husband LOVES them and so do I. Thank you for both the recipes. Fruits and vegetables are mostly GMO nowadays and are seriously lacking in a lot of nutrients. They are genetically modified to have much more sugar to be more addicting! People were most likely vegan before the fall of Adam...not after. God permits eating meat and giving thanks (for said meat)!! Veganism is a government pushed starvation diet and is propaganda being pushed on the populations (I'm sure you can guess by who) along with global warming to establish the mark of the beast. They want ultimate control. They already control the weather (look up geo-engineering) now they want complete control of the food supply. Please open your eyes! Satan controls the media! Buy from local farms, don't let them die out! And also buy seasonally...someone who lives in the north with winter should not be eating tropical fruit shipped half way around the world to "better" the environment. This is not logical. Please do your research, veganism is NOT healthy or sustainable and actually ruins total eco systems with mono-cropping. Support ethical and sustainable farming and ALWAYS eat locally!!

Yes, there is a nefarious side to the vegan agenda (see UN Agenda's 21 and 2030) but as a born again Christian healing minister and whole food, plant based coach and holistic healthcare provider myself, I can tell you that God will use satan's schemes for His purposes, in fact, He allows it! It's part of God's end times judgement on the earth. Yes, meat eating is allowed, and was necessary after the fall, as there was a curse on man that he would have to toil the earth for his sustenance, and the climate changed after the flood, most likely, but today we have so many resources for getting whole plant foods. If it's happening on earth, God's allowing it. Also food is being processed and contaminated by you know who to attack especially our guts, and they only way to heal is to go WFPB. That doesn't mean all vegan. I'm not 100% vegan all the time, I don't believe everyone needs to or totally benefits from total vegan, HOWEVER, the big ag animal food industry is extremely evil, as we all know, and along with the cruelty is contamination. So people must eat the cleanest animal foods possible if they are going to eat animals and no dairy, for health reasons. God is absolutely steering people to WFPB to counter the onslaught of attack thrown at us by the enemy these days-EMF's, chemtrails, GMO's, vaccines, food additives and processing, radiation, flouride...the list goes on and on. We NEED the antioxidants in organic fruits and veg, and people ALWAYS were predominantly plant based throughout history. It's important to see the big picture.

Hi Dusty Erin and Max! I found your channel about a month ago and I have been binge watching all your video's. I am doing my homework on eating vegan and although Im not fully there by any means I am trying. I am lucky because I have so many more of your video's to watch. I'm a Mom of 3 high schoolers and only 2 of 5 of us eat vegan, so its difficult to cook for everyone each night. I'm quickly realizing that I'm a convience eater, meaning I'll eat really healthy if I don't have to cook. So for years now I have been blending smoothies before work and I eat a giant vege salad about 3-4 days a week. But if I want to finally commit to veganism I'm going to have to eat more beans. grains, seeds and nuts. So today I'm meal prepping for the week and I wanted to thank you guys for making your video's. I also have a KZfaq painting channel and I know the work that must go into your high quality video's. I love seeing Max in your video's he is a doll! Oh, I also did your 25 min workout and my abs were sore for 3 days! Ack!!!Lol!

Veganism almost killed me and destroyed my mental health. I'll find back in in a few years, I guarantee you will start having health problems. I was strict gluten free vegan for 4 years. I struggled with anemia the entire time. I started to lose my hair, my teeth, my skin, my mental health .. everything began to completely deteriorate. You can take plant based iron all day, it is NOT enough. We need heme iron to function. We need all those nutrients...you can't supplement forever. Veganism has not been popular longer than 10 years, take a look at all the ex vegan stories. They're not just anti vegan propaganda. This is a way of living that is malnourishment and the road to extensive physical and mental health issues. Absolutely no excuse in forcing your carnivore pet into this, how dare you. I NEVER comment on vegan videos but I will not sit there and watch this and not saying anything after I went through veganism for 4 years and it wrecked me. I worry about your child and your dog

I saw the links for the vitamins you suggested, But what do you take for calcium and iron since that's not available in the vitamin you take? Or do you not take the vitamin calcium and iron because you get it from the vegetables you eat?

Yes to a video on breastfeeding! Would love to know frequency, if you feed on demand, how to fit in pumping while breastfeeding, if he takes a bottle, how did you introduce it, lots of other questions! Any and all breastfeeding tips/ tricks!

Love, love, love this video! I’m a stay at home mom and my husband is often gone for days at a time (firefighter) so the struggle is real! But it’s also rewarding at the same time :) And my 17 month old son’s name is Max, too!

Just subscribed!!!! What do the pre/probiotics capsule contain for the capsule itself? Pulluan? Also I do like that sun warrior had the natural form of the powders because the chocolate and vanilla has natural chocolate and natural vanilla flavor I don’t consume!! Such a sweet and precious when Max was laughing!! Erin you are A WEALTH OF INFORMATION!!!!
