@7:24 All other animals can't build houses, stores, roads either so you shouldn't compare us to animals. Some nutrients are far more bio available through heat than raw, this is a scientifically proven fact. Furthermore, there's no blenders in nature. It would be impossible to be raw if you were vegan and there was nothing else except animals and leaves with a few berries. If you were trying to be raw vegan in the absence of blenders, knives, refrigeration and other things you would starve.

I’m currently 21 weeks with my first baby and I’m turning 40 this week and I’m so excited but it’s confronting how self-conscious you feel about having a bit of extra weight or a bump on you because society teaches us that the only good way to look is when your stomach is flat. Have been a little bit worried about losing weight postpartum but I think your approach is very inspirational and realistic and it made me feel a lot better/more relaxed about it all. I did this workout for the first time on 7% incline, 3 walking, 6 base, 9 push and 12 all out then I did a 6min walking break and tried to repeat it for the same speeds... oh dear I changed into 9% incline, 3 walking, 6 base, 7-8 push and 10-11 all out - I'm wasted but this was so much more fun than just running and changing speed randomly or just running constantly at 8, definitely going to repeat it😊

Thank you for sharing! Fruit is natures fast foods, and I love some good smoothies and salads too. Just a question, not meant as a critique, I can drink a liter of smoothie myself, and was the one with the smoothie at work when the days was to busy to sit down and eat (nursing home for elderly). Just wondering about that much liquid at once in the morning, especially for the kids, but also for the adults. It’s not calorie dense, but maybe they are more used to it, so they can drink a lot? I feel I drink a lot myself, but that would have been a lot for me. No criticism, just wondering. It can just be a habit to 😊 Love from Johanne, Norway 🇳🇴

We're pretty close to you guys I think (St. Pete) and this heat is the most brutal I've ever felt! And I've lived here my whole life! Love seeing the garden. Gardening here is tough but on the other hand we can grow so many tropical fruits that anyone further north can't! Now if only I could go back in time and get these fruit and berry and cherry trees started before having toddlers HA! I've juts started growing food in the last year. I think by cotton candy tree you are talking about Jamaican Cherry right? Ours is fruiting for the first time and we loooooove it!
