Wattson is an Engineer, 100%. Clement may be as well. I'd argue Winona would be a Beauty rather than a Bird Keeper. The former fits with her ethereal personality, and she's not afraid to use non-bird Flying types: Tropius, Dragonite, Gyarados, and Sigilyph. Also in the manga (though I know you're only using games) Winona and Wallace are a couple - just imagine the absolute power coupling of Beauty and Coordinator. Also Ilima is absolutely a Rich Boy.

Iono could have been the Rising Star trainer class. More like the ones from Unova(?) that look like they'd be becoming celebrity stars instead of battling stars.

What I like about this channel compared to other Pokemon channels is the unique topics like this being covered.

Ace Trainer would've probably been a better fit for Norman, he feels both too competitive and young to be a Pokefan as he's canonically like, 35 at the time of the Hoenn games (but still has a 12-year-old kid, Arceus). And it's implied that he used to be gym leader in Johto too, so him being an Ace Trainer would feel a bit more natural, like switching from unstable to a stable job. Things parents do for their kids, I guess!

I was gonna say that Brawly doesn’t seem like a black belt and would be more a boxer, if the trainer class even existed, but he was trained by Bruno before becoming gym leader, so black belt fits pretty well actually.

I think anyone who was a veteran was also an ace trainer when they were younger. Both classes seem to be focused on building good teams and taking on the league. And by extension rising star as well. I'd also argue that if the player had a classification it would be rising star to ace trainer

I think Tessa would be a Beauty trainer class because of the modeling career outside of the Gym challenge. Fatima would definitely be in the Coordinator class as its her thing outside of the Gyms. Norman probably should fit in the Veteran class as he was recruited to be in the Hoenn region due to his skills. Anyone in the Model trainer class should just be in the Beauty class as they are basically the same thing. Flannery I think would fit better in the Lass class with some of those others. She's not quite old enough to be something else plus she's trying to prove herself. I could definitely see that for Clair but I think it is stated that she is in fact a Dragon Tamer.

You missed Janine and Blue. Janine would be easy if Ninja Girl existed, but since apparently only boys get to be ninjas, I think her best fit is a Rising Star. For Blue, he's canonically a former Champion, but if that's too lofty a title for this premise, the only thing that works is Ace Trainer.
