If you have the same surname you should mention them.other than that don’t add people to your case unless they are your sponsor

Argo Visa i disagree with you on this one. The University does not matter much. What matters most is how applicants handle their interview. Someone who got admission from Harvard can still be denied visa.

You need to think about how you will present your school and the entire situation to the visa officer. It's not about just one factor.
