This week we want to share a normal day for us during the winter in Spain. We will show you are normal routine and take you to a typical Spanish village market in our home town of Potries.

Ya hemos dispuesto subtítulos en inglés, español, francés, alemán y holandés, para los vídeos posteriores a Xátiva. Estamos comenzando a hacerlos para los videos anteriores ahora. Creo que necesitas seleccionarlos de tus preferencias.💜🤟

May I know the name of your village and how cold does it get in the winter? How hot does it get in the summer? Where is the most ideal temps in Spain--not too cold in winter & not too hot in the summer?

We live in Potries about an hour south of Valencia, temperatures here are late 20s spring and autumn and 30s in the summer. January however can be cold 12 to 15 but it's for a very short period. We spent Christmas day this year on the beach in 25 degrees. 2 week's later huddled up Infront of the fire and 2 week's more back in t-shirts. As for where is best, difficult to say. The cooler summer areas are usually freezing in the winter.

I easily get cold & hot so extreme temps are difficult for me. I'm looking at a bit South on Costa Blanca. I particularly like Alicante, which you have visited. But I don't know if apartments or townhomes prices are too high already. Santa Pola doesn't seem to be inundated with expats, that drive the prices of real estate. Thank you!

@@yolysun7420 definitely pick your preferred village or town first. Then hunt for a home. It is also worth walking the streets as a number of homes never get listed on websites etc.
