Every type of body is liked by different % population in people. In general, most girls prefer a normal physique not too lean or too bulky. There are no fixed body types to fall in love. @@fastbackshots body like enrique iglesias and theres many pretty boys with nice body in social media . if you want me to give you an example through kpop idols i'd say kai from exo is very attractive. from indian celebs young shahid kapoor had pretty boy looks. although i do find siddharth malhotra very attractive as well. also i think Japanese actor kento yamazaki , mackenyu, masaki suda are good examples as well. all of them have pretty faces but their bodies are toned, not in a ripped big way but in a slender way.

Guys if you truly want an aesthetic physique, here's what you should do: -Train your abs 2x per week -Focus on your Lateral and Rear Delts as it gives you more powerful and dominant appearance which most of the girls like -Maintain an overall healthy Body Fat percentage -Instead of training your lower chest, focus more on your upper chest -Also never skip leg day -Even if you're bulking you should still train your abs because they will grow the best during bulking. Never listen to foolish people who say that you shouldn't train your abs during bulking because its complete BS.

@@chadtag I am 45 kg 5.2 14 years old I've been thinking that during dirty bulk to 65 and then cut to 55kg because a avg 14 year old boy weight around 50 to 60 kg so I've been asking a question that like now let's suppose I eat 3000 calories including workout for weight gain and when I start the cut like I have to go in calories deficit but I listen to someone🔥that before 18 we should not go to calories deficit coz it will effect the height all over body so please tell me that in cut I go a surplus of 100 calories and increase my workout sets or go to a deficit of 100 calories

You are correct bro ,i just used to run and use my body to do exercises in a park for a couple of years but i somehow wanted to take my fitness to the next level and joined gym after 1 year i left it because i didn't feel healthy or fit,my gut health,cardio and lightness i used to feel were gone after i bulked, that's when i decided to turn back to the basics and start doing what works for me and not for someone else.
