01:19 Body language and posture can have a significant impact on a person's life. 02:21 Body language plays a crucial role in projecting confidence and masculinity. 04:28 Proper body language for men involves a combination of hand placements and good posture. 06:30 Walk with a slight sway in your shoulders to accentuate masculinity. 08:34 Different sitting positions convey different meanings and have social implications. 10:48 Adopt the starter's position for an attentive yet masculine pose. 12:53 Don't be afraid of expansive body language. 14:58 Non-verbal communication is crucial for effective communication. 17:03 Hand movements add depth and impact to communication 18:51 Effective speakers use body language to amplify their message.

I'm definitely going to rewatch this video, there is so much information in it. Also a great protip for posture is to pretend you are pointing your nipples at the other person's neck/face (don't make it look ridiculous tho), makes you pull your shoulders back and get your head up automatically

I learnt the string idea from a guy called David Wygant. It's a good idea to keep in your head. You don't always need to have your shoulders down and back. In my yrs of improving my body language I've found a relaxed chest and shoulders is a good thing. Not slumped, relaxed. (although I've done the shoulders down and back for a long time that it's an skeletalmuscular second habit for that area 😅)

Sweet video. Nicely produced for sure, but what really stands out, to me at least, is how your presentation style is perfectly consistent with the confident-yet-approachable masculinity you're teaching to express with body language. I do have some well-intentioned constructive criticism. Because of it's relevance, there's nothing at all wrong with pointing out the physiological differences in the sexes. But I personally would stop short of adding the "child-bearing" part. It could be uncomfortable for people who are childless or child-free, or those raised around toxic paternalism. Plus, it doesn't really add anything useful in this context. I'd just say something about how broad shoulders signal a man's attractiveness in the same way that women's wider hips do, and let the anthropologists in the audience to work out the why. Otherwise, liked, commented, and subscribed.

Here's, a gist of the video for you folks. Cheers!! • Standing - one foot forward showing your inner thigh. Hands : both could be back, or one in pocket and other near waist or thinking position or similar Commanding position. • While standing, Face up, Shoulders & back down, chest out. • While turning - always turn using the inside leg. Turning left, left leg out first not right and vice versa. • Men should use shoulders to present masculinity While walking. Also, have a focal point in distance to seem determined While walking • Sitting - starter's position. One hand on thigh and other on face or hip. Same for desk as well. • Legs crossed - 4o clock, one over other. Expansive body language. Take extra space. • Hands While sitting - steeple Hands. All or some fingers touching others. Higher position near chest, means leading and lower near abdomen, means listening. Ref: American psycho • Hand Movements - sweeps, cuts, frames and points. Use them effectively since nearly 50% comm. Is non verbal.

POSTURE: -feet wide apart -no crossing arms. balanced pose -head up chin down -chest out -shoulders back n down and moving -wide sitting position (expansive and comfortable body language) FACIAL EXPRESSION: -steady forward gaze HAND MOVEMENT: -open/steepled hands to send positive vibes, clenched hands assert negative emotions -hands on face: on your side with weak posture means boredom, on your mouth embarrassment, on your chin it means thinking, close hand on cheek means interest in the other. a good starter is hand under the side of your face with the index pointing upwards --don't move too fast -sweeps, frame, points and cuts

For those who dont understand: people cover their genetals when they're feeling tense or nervous, it's like an automatic response. It's a way our bodies try to protect themselves when things get a bit stressful or nervous situatios. Examples can be crossing leg, cover genitals with hand. This can be a way of decreasing confidence.

The more videos I watch about self improvement the more I come to the conclusion that all these guys are looking at the world from a level of inferiority and they only improve by competing By still putting the person in front above them Through out my life I ve seen only 2 guys at the other spectrum and it’s magical This type of people never compare themselves to no one They always do what feels natural to them They re not alphas in the real sense nor sigmas or any other type out there They re just perfectly chilled in their own skin and don’t care about these social games or how people see them They attract with kindness and openness
