I remember, during the late 50's as a kid, growing up in England, eating bread, laden with "dripping", leftover, from the Sunday roast; but as youngsters, being so active physically, pushing our homemade trolleys, riding our bikes, and playing "Knock down Ginger"....we burnt it off pretty quickly. Also, "Scrumping", helped, keep in check, our daily intake of friut.... Still here at 70, and not overweight, by any means. Waste not...want not..., back in the day !

Your body is much healthier when running on ketones, and a lot of the natural animal fats are very important for a healthy brain/heart/eyes/all kinds of stuff. The low fat diets high sugar diets they have placed most of the west on are actually killing us. Even cancer is related to sugar intake, but they make a killing fattening people up with sugar and then putting them on chemo/diebetes meds/heart meds.

Interestingly, I just watched a video about how they were thinking that the cure for cancer back in the 1920s probably had something to do with a ketogenitc diet low in carbs.(also cure for epilepsy) Interestingly, the powers that be decided to replace all of the good natural fats and proteins with sugar and carbs which are known to fatten people up and make them sick.(same shit they feed farm animals to fatten them up)

In other news, I have a Sears Coldspot upright freezer from 1950. It doesn't look nearly as good as the appliance in this video, but it works fantastically well and features freon coils that wind through the shelves, interior lighting, swing-out basket at the bottom and astonishingly quiet operation. About twenty years ago, I can remember buying a really good fridge by Bosch. All the shelves slid out on rails so you could easily get at everything. It was really great, plus it was Microban, or something like that - the shelves were a special blue plastic. When it gave up the ghost after about thirteen years, it had been discontinued. Obviously too good so was not good for profits.

Not true,people ate 3-4 times per day back then...I had many relatives who I knew and we talked all the time...My parents are in their late 80's early 90's and I myself and half a century old,so as a teen in the 80's I talked all the time to many of my relatives about the dirty 30's.. Yes some people were poor,but like today not everyone! Furthermore,weather was hotter in the 1930's than today or the last several years!

Said before, if the person is free to leave us not kidnapping. Happend to us years ago, outer London... Came home and found a car parked in our drive. Strangely there was a car that looked just like ours parked across the drive, blocking them in... They weren't happy, called police (who actually came!!) - their conclusion was it was a civil matter and as the blocking car wasn't causing us a nuisance, nothing for them to do.

The way to stop that from happening is to have the electrician who installs the charger put a disconnect inside the house so you can cut the output power to the charger so it will not charge anything unless you make the switch from inside the house.
