One thing for the Killua fan himself. If you listen to Killua's steps, they are actually audible. The only time we hear his steps is racing to help Gon. An addition they made to the anime that really drove the pain in.

pitou was already dead. because of the post mortem nen Tirpsacora was still active and it was already able to puppet dead bodies so it just used Pitou's body to achieve the mission (make sure Gon can never threaten the king)

Togashi basically does it all by himself, doesn't want any help, and has chronic back pain.

If you remember wayyyyyy back to what Wing said about Gon. Something along the lines of “I’m afraid I’ve awakened a beast” something like that, this arc shows what he was referring to

Jujutsu Kaisen isn't on hiatus but he did go on hiatus once but yeah I feel bad for mangakas they are overworked to release the chapter every week

this transformation is probably my favorite one cause lets be real even tho its anime most of the transformation of main characters are hyped with no real cost and its just the same almost every time....this depicts what a monster transformation should be like the author says alright you want power?strength? even the ability to mature in an instant with op af powers? i need the equivalent of your soul...and this episode depicts that kind of sacrifice in exchange for all of that power but if you pay attention its in the end a meaningless one this is why this series is a really good one not the happy go lucky kid type that you get falsely fed in the beginning

Hunter x hunter is on hiatus dog. It's kinda like how berserk was where it goes on and off hiatus A LOT. Usually we are lucky if it comes out a few times a year. Togashi has built up enough cred tho that they kinda just let him do whatever the heck he wants. It isn't uncommon for Manga authors to sleep less than 5 hours a day tho for months or years at a time

This is bye far the most badass and at the same time most sadist episode I ever saw in any anime.

I think the Manga is on hold again the Artist has back problems due to an injury or something I'm not sure when the anime will continue but I'm pretty sure there's a bunch of arcs past this one in the manga

I’m responding about the end of the video, Mangakas getting overworked in the industry is really nothing new. HXH author Yoshiro Togashi has been on and off hiatus because of his chronic pain and illnesses, the man should prioritize his health over the series. In all honesty, the anime ended in such a way it could be left to the imagination, manga tho releases around ten chapters or less a year, currently 51 chapters ahead of the ending. Additionally as for other mangakas health just recently Jujutsu Kaisen artist fell I’ll last month, One Piece Oda had a delay in his work because he fell I’ll two years ago, Crossroads of the Fallen Labyrinth 2011 Hinata Takeda had ailing health issues and passed in 2017, Kaoru Tada’s Itazura no Kiss passed away in 1999, Osamu Tezuka’s Phoenix 1950s-1989 was 700 chapters long and left unfinished due to his passing. Daisuke Sato writer of Highschool of the Dead passed in 2017. Honestly I can go on and on, (cough cough) Rest In Peace Kentaro Miura. But if there’s a series that touches the best on what the life of Mangaka is it would be the series “Bakuman”. For anyone curious please check the synopsis for Bakuman, it’s from the creators of Death Note and Platinum End, it’s a great series if your interested in the manga industry. I love how this episode drove him the amount of pain Gon has been carrying this entire time. I still maintain Pitou deserved every bit of it. That being said, it is really sad to see how Gon truly lost his will to live. Also, the manga is on hiatus but goes a lot farther than the anime goes. I think the anime stopped at a good spot though.

i think you guys misunderstood these episodes gon got the "bullshit powerup" from a contract just like kurapika but instead of kurapika gon was willing to kill himself just to get revenge on a pitou that was already starting to show more compassion than gon was which is essentially the message of the whole arc
