Hey everyone, we are trying out a new way of filming on a few properties with both of us infront of the camera, this was our first trial but we filmed a few more today! Really like the interior design of the first apartment

This is by far the on of the best houses you be featured. Not apartment. Beautiful. Devestatingly exquisite. Decor and colour pallet works so well. Feels lived in. That basement garden area was so welcoming, the double shower bathroom, black ceramics and gold hardware is a game changer ...really really beautiful property.

Built-In Closets! Under-Floor Heating! Forced-Air Heating and Cooling (instead of radiators from 1910)! Bathrooms With Cupboards Behind the Mirrors (for make-up, hair dryers, tooth brushes, etc.)! A gas range! WOW! And even though it's modern, it feels cozy!! Six-and-a-half million actually gets you something..... Finally!!! I think this is the best, most well-conceived modern interior design you've ever shown. There've been others with fancy "WOW!" factors such as indoor pools, etc. But this and the one that a developer showed you (twice) with the indoor pool are probably the 2 best. And this one is somewhere in or near London. I like having you both on-screen at the same time. But this cameraman did not film inside all the closets and cupboards. When Matt mentioned the outside basement gardens, the cameraman didn't go up to the windows and show us up-close what Matt was looking at. Still, A GREAT TOUR!! We LOVE your vids here in America!! Keep up the great work!!

I really love it when the laundry room is on the same level as bedrooms and bathroom. Also loving the downstairs being the bedrooms. Different but very nicely finished.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm loving this ground floor apartment, it's stunning.

First one is really awesome!! The best part is when both of them are looking at the art prospect. Matt does it like a mad man! 😁😁 But definitely one of the best homes ever!! Love it. ❤️

I am short (5ft 1 1/2 inched) so I really like the fact that there are no upper cabinets in the kitchen.

Great viewing. I like the simple minimal no fuss style throughout this great looking house😮 the sink too, why aren't they all like like that!

The first is a nice simple elegant apartment. Little bit marred by London prices. Note the sharp clean walls and soft pattern wide plank floors. Easy recipe to copy for your investment. You can even do 1 or 2 walls in a warm grey. Contrast kitchen as well. Black windows is also a nice contrast detail where you have the option. Basically the recipe I plan for my house as well. Bit of marble features too (which can be done with quality ceramics). Hidden door hinges is an easy win as well which this apartment doesn't do. For shame :) Purple flowers and maybe one purple piece of furniture is a nice trick too.

I really liked the duplex apartment. Attractive building, very practical layout and stylish design.

make a video reagarding the leasehold system in the UK its so weird , like are you allowed to buy a property in the UK and rent it out if you want as an investment,just curious

Yeah, I thought I recognized this place. A woman bought one of these apartments and had a ton of problems. They may look good on the outside but the quality is actually very poor. She even made a blog out of it. She had burst pipes, mold, everything falling apart

Well designed apartment. I liked it average ceiling height and all. Well done tour.

The apartments looked great, both had their advantages, I preferred the last unit you looked at. The duplex really was lovely and the artwork really made the place feel comfortable to move around in. I do have a question, do the apartments have no washer/dryer spaces? Loved the tours.

The bedrooms are the best feature of the first apartment.

Not to keen on the living room and kitchen area in the 1st apartment but bedrooms and ensuite's are spacious and nice and 2nd apartment is nice and modern.

The large apartment is beautifully designed; on trend but unlike others it’s warm and welcoming, sleek & restrained. Fantastic usage of space & light. Love the gold fittings with navy tiles .. great you both in front of the camera .. so enjoyable to watch .. only problem is the London price tag ! I see the architects are based in Hamburg as well as London …

I like the first flat the most. The flat for £7m in Devonshire Place was more spacious and nicer I think but this flat is in a more homely area.

I still struggle to get my head around the asking prices for some properties, particularly in London! Just under a million quid for a one bed flat!Even given the all important location/postcode it is, at the end of the day, a one bed flat, not even the benefit of separate reception areas. It's not as if the views from the windows are anything to rave about. I'm in no way criticising Matt & Summer, you're a lovely couple with a zest for life and what you do, and you're not responsible for property prices. What these properties do highlight is just how incredibly difficult it is for 'ordinary' Londoners to acquire affordable homes ... no matter how much this effing government tries to convince us they're providing thousands of social/affordable housing for the average Londoner!

Amusingly, this apartment is still off sale - and the asking price has dropped from 6.95m to 5.75m.........I very much doubt it will sell for anywhere north of 5m (I'm not far from Primrose Hill, so I know a bit about the area and prices)....anyway thats a chunky price drop already, though 5.75m is still silly.

My favorite was the first apartment in the 20,000,000 property. So lovely! I am wondering if you know where the black pendant lights are from. Can't seem to find them anywhere. Great job on this channel....I would love to visit the UK!
