Their business model is pretty clear. They give you a credit line that you can't access, and report your usage of that at 9%, and you pay that off monthly. They get $5-$20 per month, but you never get to see that money, only as an investment for beginner credit to build history. So they get the money and you get the credit. You just never get to spend that money. So it's great for people with poor credit trying to improve or people with 0 credit history trying to get something.

No kickoff makes you pay before anything happens. $5 only get you a report for one bureau $12 gets all 3 bureaus.

They do NOT report the 750 credit limit, they only report that you pay them monthly and on time

@@evalyncrittenden the credit limit of 750 reports to Experian and Equifax/ if you choose to do the 2500 limit it will report to all three bureaus.............the limit does actually post to your credit report.... it used to be that you could buy online books etc. .... but now it is more so just a way of paying to increase your credit score and you cannot 'shop' anywhere with their credit ...it is for credit building only.

What he skipped passed was that if u do the $5 loan they keep your money and your score might not move at all. Then they tell you to not close your account because your score will drop if u do and now that money is gone .. this company ripped me off and didn't raise my score for the money I spent! I damn sure would start the next loan and give them even more free money..this is too good to be true🤬

true... even though the due date is stated - when you look at the app - you can see the message that it will pull about 7 days before that date.... It does not report to the credit bureau as late - until day 30.............. be careful there - pay the two months if any questions about that date before the second month is actually due to avoid that

You are only purchasing on their platform and soon as you are finished paying they will put something else on your account so you can’t cancel if you do and you don’t pay the next plan, they won’t adjust It because they’ve started that plan without your permission they’ll just close your account and then report you delinquent with the credit bureau and make It worse for you because you canceled. Look It up at the better business bureau.

No, it does not hurt your score when you close it. Closed accounts in good standing stay on your credit report for 10 years and continue to help your AAoA.

That is why when I do become interested, I allow even up to 5 years for company to be around. Then I apply, but still has risks, unless you do your research.

I just looked at a better business bureau review. I saw several complaints that the prigram was not legit. What us the truth? Hiw qre you getting $750 credit and pay as little as $5 aonth. And I called the customer service and if you are not a customer they dint talk to you, even to inquire about the card.

it's really not the score for the most part, it's your ability to pay everyone back. And if you reached 800, then you don't have an issue paying people back so you don't need Kikoff if you want to increase your credit lines. Kikoff is a builder account for those with the opposite situation.

I've watched a couple videos about kickoff in sounds like a lot of people are promoting it and profiting from the link as a salesman makes his Commission $$$$$$$ So you sound like you're being non-bias but at the same time I wonder who has the right intentions and who doesn't. I might give the company a shot I don't know at this point I'm just saying it just seems shady when basically salesman on KZfaq are telling you yes you should try this but they're directly PROFIT. I don't have a problem with people making their commission If this is part of your business and you make money that's great but at least be true and honest about your intentions on whether or not you're affiliated with this company. @@nicolehooper294I’m new to the app, but you aren’t meant to use the credit given to in big amounts, I have 2500 credit line I put 25 a month, I can use only 25 bucks for now, meaning it’s meant for when the bureau’s get credits reports from its going off the fact you have 2500 credit line which is the bases of how your score should rise up quickly. Someone with low or no credit off the bat could get a 2500 line. Again not to be used “normally” but only in small increments. Hope this help.

@@nyaatama8529 Thanks for the warning! I just signed up with PerPay and their items are OVERPRICED but I'm committed now to at least 6 months of finding something I can use that's inexpensive because I have to meet the $200 threshold for them to start reporting.

they don't really sell anything on the site, once you sighn up, then they show you what they're "store" offers, it's like self help programs, software, audio type books, it's wierd, not at all a normal sort of "store" least nit in my opinion, it's not anything I'm wanting or needing. but I did sighn up for it and started the credit building account, hopefully it works,still new to it and not sure if I understand it at all.

@@ElohiSilverEarthVentures when you purchase something from their store it charges that product to your available kickoff credit limit. That way it reports to the credit agencies that your using your available credit. It's not made for you to be able order iphones and computers. If you want that then open a Fingerhut account.
