Thanks for this Lauren. Living in the UK, the propaganda from the media is so obviously biased it's sickening as a Muslim. I have many many Turkish friends living in Turkey and they paint a completely different picture from our media here.

I live in Turkey, and I have to sadly say that this video is also a way of lying to ourselves. He has done good ~in the past~ but they are in the past. Unfortunately. He lost his justice, he lost his consciousness. Lot's of corruption. Lot's of nepotism. Lot's of censorship. I even, feel insecure and uncomfortable writing that comment now. Believe it or not. A person can easily put in jail for criticizing him. It is the normal in Turkey now. They don't even follow their own rules that they set up beginning of the AKP, to prevent this power poisoning that happens today.

Remember There’s corruption everywhere and people did get arrested in the U.K. for protesting against the King. Not all were violent. Life in the U.K. is getting tougher and tougher and Turkey has a leader who has done so much but you chose to focus on the negative!

@@Zazezoo I assume you don't live in Turkey. Why did those building smashed like papers in the first place? Have you done any research about it? That area is VERY WELL known for its high risk of earthquake and YET the corrupted system has allowed many many many unlawfull construction. Those people who made those buildings, they flew the country, those who LET them do those constructions, get applauds from people of ignorance. That topic is REALLY SENSITIVE. Thousand of people, my people, they died in pain. In waiting for help for days. If you say fate, qader, I won't even bother reading the rest. That topic is extremely sensitive and I can say you know nothing. Please don't make comment on topics you have no idea about

@@nidanursinanoglu4673 First of all insulting someone is banned in Turkey.Bull!BESIDES our community is responsible for broken buildings.Let's be honest.Probably you haven't checked your house's earthquake insurance till eartquake time or even you didn't even know what is colon etc.We all didn't know because we didn't care it till it happened. Contractors didn't build properly too.If you expect everything from the government then no need to discuss.Leave that 'We are doomed' mentality!And Erdoğan is insulted everday for no reason.Those ones who do that can post it on social media.Of course they must go to jail.If this happened to another politician they would raise hell.But when it happens to Erdoğan you are saying nothing. I am a Turkish Muslim living in the UK. Erdogan obviously has his flaws but he is definitely NOT like the western media portrays him. He has done a lot for my country and the Muslim world. May Allah protect him. Because, if he is taken down in the elections on this Sunday, we will lose a lot. But inshaAllah the people of Turkiye will do the right thing as they always did in previous elections and he will carry on leading the country inshaAllah.

Erdogan is a really good person. He serves to the places equally where there is no vote for him. Hospital system has been upgraded. I’m about to retire at the age of 45. In Turkey maternity paid leave is for one year. There are countless if benefits and improvements, thats why public supports him. The opponent is a totally corrupted person, but he has a huge media support from KZfaq & outside.

I am currently traveling through Turkey. I just finished my 2nd week into my 5 week journey. I am from South Africa and took part in an Erdogan rally in Istanbul a week ago and Sunday evening I took part in his victory celebration here in Bursa city center in the main square. I even video called my family to join in on the celebrations. We were all ecstatic about his victory. Like all human beings he has his faults but overwhelmingly and by and large he is a great asset not only for Muslims and his country but also for the Muslim Umah around the world. May Allah grant him and his family protection and a long healthy life so that he may continue his great work.

Living in the UK it’s very rare to hear anything positive about President Erdogan from the media, his inspirational struggles in reshaping Turkiye since he entered politics at a very young age and the significant economic progress made by the Turkish government since it came to power in 2003 under his leadership. I recommend watching an excellent 3 part documentary ‘Turkiye’s economy- the untold story’ (accessible in KZfaq) for more insight.

Naila why so many peoole from England to get surgery , dental or any kind of plastic surgery done in Turkiye! Erdogan made huge city hospitals! The roads and bridge in Turkiye you can not see in england!! The hospitality in turkiye yiu can not see in england! I recommend you to go to turkiye this summer too see with your eyes! Spot on. Erdogan is a voice and warrior for the muslim world. The Turkish with their rich culture and identity do not need to adopt a failing western liberal model. They need to protect their heritage ,identity and faith and this can only be done with strong leaders like Erdogan who submit their will to God.

I e lived in Turkeys for almost 11 years as a foreigner . I saw changes and wealth each time I wake up. Erdogan is a miracle and a blessing to turkey no matter what the western media tells you about him that man have human soul living in him. Erdogan do not care if you’re a Muslim or Christian or Hindus, he work for humanity and peace . Before in turkey Muslims were discriminated but now you can be a proud Muslim with hijab in Turkey
