When you buy a new RV it always comes with some kind of factory warranty. But not all warranties are alike.
And some RVers have been very disappointed with the warranty service they received after the sale.
So this video covers the warranty coverage you can expect, how to get better coverage, and some of the pitfalls with new RV factory warranties that you can avoid if you know about them in advance.

I honestly don't trust ANY dealership to do quality work in a timely manner they are typically understaffed and overworked and generally rush through repairs. For background I have a Keystone Montana High Country 5th wheel. Keystone works with owners who either have DIY skills and can do a lot of repairs themselves or will work to have an RV tech do the work for you. You may have to pay the service fee which is generally around $100 but the labor for the repair is generally covered. There are some dealers that are also opting for this model, and I think manufacturers would be well served to move to this model. Dealers are not equipped to do a lot of warranty work and frankly don't want to do it so typically your RV will sit for months for what should usually be able to be done in days. There are far more mobile techs willing to service RVs and the manufacturers should leverage those and stop relying on dealers to do repairs they really don't want to do anyway. They would probably have a lot fewer complaints from RVers about quality and service.
