I think it’s funny how some ARMY perceive DNA to have the hardest choreography when the boys themselves have said that IDOL is the one that really kicks their asses 😂😂 I figure DNA might have the most difficult dance moves to learn and execute but IDOL is the most draining and energy demanding of the boys Edit: I’m sure we can all agree that ON has both the most difficult dances moves and is the most tiring routine now 😭😂

I love watching their dance practices, because I’m sure everyone’s heard how Jin and Namjoon are the “worse dancers” in BTS, but then you see them dancing with nothing else to distract you from their movements and it makes you realize, that statement means jack shit! They are all such good dancers it’s insane. Them not being in the “dance line” only means that they don’t have as much experience as the other guys when it comes to dancing. Damn they’re good!

You know what's crazy? On their latest VLive, SUGA and Hobi said 'ON' is their hardest choreo. I guessed they were going to say DNA because of the intricacy. I think it was Hobi who said he almost throws up when they perform ON. 😱 I mean, the talent of these mennnn!!!! 💜

When Nico said "it's kinda hard to keep up" during the dance practice, I completely understand. Whenever I watch their choreography it's like I don't have enough eyes.

Both J-Hope and Suga both said during a vlive that "ON" is now their most difficult song to perform. Suga said looking back he thought Dope was a really hard dance at the time but now it seems so easy. They just keep upping their game. I know they are all great dancers now but I never expected they would keep pushing the boundaries further and further for what they could do with choreography. I'm so proud of all of them, especially RM, Jin, and Suga . RM and Jin have improved so much it's crazy to see how good they have gotten. Suga I think was always a good dancer when he wanted to dance that is, he was never that enthusiastic about dancing unless he was really feeling the song. But to see him pushing himself and trying. RM even talked about being surprised by him and impressed that Suga chose to do a dance for "Seesaw" something he hadn't done for a solo performance before. Though RM said he complained while learning the dance the whole time lol. I think that's Yoongi's charm though he may moan and groan, make a fuss while learning it but he doesn't give up.

Others are mentioning it, but I'll give you full details: During a press tour Jimin and j-hope went on in Japan for the Love Yourself: Her comeback (which DNA was the leading single for), j-hope was asked about his dance skills. Before he could even say anything, Jimin jumped in and told the interviewers that j-hope had learned that final section of DNA (the "grand finale," as Nico called it) in 10 minutes when it had taken everyone else 4 hours. - Hobi humbly said it was more like around half an hour. 😊 Maybe it was somewhere in the middle? I guess we'll never know. Regardless, how incredible. And Jimin is such a sweet angel for showing off his hyung, who is notoriously awkward about skill-related compliments and praise. Personally, my favorite music video is Fake love because as a film student I really love the practical effects, lighting, art design, etc. However; DNA is in my top 5 list of favorite BTS dances. They look so smooth when dancing it's mesmerizing each time I watch it. BTS MV’s are one of those things you have to watch multiple times. So much going go and you catch something new each time. Forget trying to read the lyrics, the visuals are just blinding. So you have the dancing, the visuals, plus you usually have a story mixed into the fold! Then you watch the dance practice and realize how much more you missed out on!! The way Blaze and AJJ look at each other @11:57 says it all! Whew, you need a nap after all of that greatness! LOL What Blaze was saying about trusting each other and timing reminds me of an argument V and Jin had just before going onstage before a concert a few years back. V trying to get Jin to speed up his timing because it was throwing him off. It turned into a whole thing that was later resolved.

This is the song that started it all for me. Once I saw DNA, I was hooked. My niece said I was DNA ARMY. 💜💜 Did you know that the yellow structure that they filmed in DNA is also the one they used in Idol? I also love the foot choreo in the end. Speaking of the crazy way these guys are synched with their dances, it is SO interesting to watch and listen to them when they are going to perform on a TV show. Say it was for Saturday Night Live, the guys come in and amongst themselves, they assess how much space they have to work in. They talk to each other, like "OK, instead of jumping out the way we usually do with this choreography, we'll do this instead and you do this and he will do that..". It's really cool to watch.

wow DNA was one of the reasons that got me into the BTS rabbit hole. i remember watching their dance practices more than their MVs because i was literally in awe of their greatness (synchronization + choreo) and I was also trying to convince myself i shouldn't get tempted into becoming an ARMY (i like another group that time). So i was defeated and naturally accepted my fate that i'm in this Bangtan Sonyeondan sh*t for life and i have no regrets whatsoever..Liking and loving these 7 boys is such a wonderful journey.
