Hey y'all, I just want to say I really enjoy these live shows and y'all just hanging/talking/joking/jamming and appreciate the time you all take to do so...Some of us don't have the opportunity to do something like this. However, this show gives us the chance to do so and feel like we are in the room with y'all. Thanks again!

What you folks are referring to as the ‘randomization’ on the Beetronics Zzombie 13:16 13:32 is actually an old analog synthesizer circuit called “sample and hold.” en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sample_and_hold Frank Zappa used a sample and hold pedal back in the ‘70s.

FYI, Selenium rectifiers had a shorter lifespan than desired. During catastrophic failure they produced significant quantities of malodorous and highly toxic fumes. When a selenium rectifier is overheated it gives off selenium dioxide gas, which is toxic, and does smell bad. I doubt this will be an issue at the operating voltages of that pedal. If you have one in any vintage amp, etc. I would suggest replacing it with silicon rectification.

Another top show JHS Boyz! Always love watching you guys and taking a few hours out of what is usually a hectic and crazy lifestyle and zoning out in the JHS Universe listening to pedals and the humour of the JHS crew, it sorts my head out for a little while at least thankfully. Like the Dead Air Feral Plus and cheaper price Thani thought it would be of $149

I put the Fixer on my board last night, near the middle of the chain of 12 pedals. Tuner is now out of the chain, and this board has never sounded better. I've tried 3 different brands of buffers before this, spending more money each time, and Browne's is the best sounding, and most functional by far. Thanks JHS and Browne for continuing to push the evolution of all things stompable.

Great first jam. Didn't see why I would ever buy this Beetronics pedal, but Josh's playing on this was amazing. Sounds a bit like the Earthquaker Spatial Delivery (which I have), but I love the enhanced bass. Buy the Feral?, or EQ my JHS PackRat, an awesome pedal. Josh' playing is "in the zone". Note to pedal reviewers: play music in your YT's. Don't "dial knobs and pick". I appreciate Nick's minimal drum playing, but please buy him more drums.

I saw the soundtank pedals by Nick! Please tell me what the TM5 Thrashmetal is and why it is awesome in a future episode. I had one from when it was released until 10ish years later when a bandmate “borrowed” it. I recently spent $150 on reverb to buy one thinking it can’t be as good as I thought it was but at least I’ll have it again. It was as awesome as I didn’t think it could be. Please explain why this pedal makes me so happy. What the hell is it?

Nick, I'ma throw some 30s knowledge at ya: I've had just as many fun and rewarding experiences so far in my 30s as I did in my 20s, so your 30s are absolutely what you make of them. (I'm 36) That said, take care of yourself as much as possible cuz this is also the time when "wtf why is my neck/back/knee hurting today I didn't DO anything to it, this is bullshit" comes around. The best way to keep that at bay is to make sure to do your best to not, oh, I dunno, slip a disc while helping a friend move a mattress up the stairs or something, not that *I've* done that exact thing, oh no, never, definitely wasn't laid up for 3 days or anything lmao Seriously though your 30s are gonna be just as good as your 20s, or even better, if you let them be and take care of yourself. :)
