Sand or file down the edges of the hole, and maybe create a brace that holds the hoses in place that is mounted within the hole so the hoses cannot rub??? just ideas

You can put a protective sleeve and or spiral rap around your hoses that helps them from rubbing on the frame when they build you a new hoses. I have also gotten a thick peace of rubber and wrapped them around all of the hoses going through the frame hole and zip tie it in a bundle around the hoses. That has helped them last longer for me.
