Drake calling out Kendrick for not releasing as much music is hilarious. I like some of Drake’s music, but it’s not even in the same conversation as Kendrick’s. Kendrick makes music that says something that needs to be said. His albums are cohesive, have a defined message, and make a massive impact when they’re released. Each of them since Good Kid is a masterpiece. Drake makes party/background/radio music. There’s nothing to digest, it’s just (usually) catchy music by a talented vocalist. Also, Drake not needing to worry about writing all his lyrics (allegedly) surely saves him a bit of time lol. Also, does anyone else find it kinda sad how many times he disses Rhianna and ASAP because… him and Rhianna’s relationship didn’t work out?? The hell?

A few things: 1. Dissin a woman multiple times simply because she didn’t want you is lame af. Dissin a man that’s done NOTHING to you but hating because he has the woman you want…is lame af. Seriously man… 2. I will NEVER believe that J Prince BS. Drake had nothing to respond with! Push said “That’s why your parents will never be together and you can’t do anything about it. Your best friend is dying and you can’t do anything about it. Oh! And don’t think I don’t know about the son you’ve been hiding.” (IMO) Drake literally couldn’t hit him with anything harder. I personally believe J Prince did Drake a solid and just said that he told Drake to chill. Also Drake knows good and well his ghost writer can’t go one on one with Kendrick. He needs to stop…

Lots of misinformation here. And this is coming from a Drake, Pusha T, Kendrick, everyone fan: 1. He always disses ex girlfriends. We don’t know everything that goes on behind the scenes. Obviously more shit happened than we saw. Plus I wouldn’t call “heartbreak” songs “disses.” But he’s always been like that. I can’t argue if you still call that lame of course. I guess it is. And agreed on ASAP Rocky, unless there’s something we don’t know. 2. What don’t you believe about J. Prince? Drake being so angry he wants to do or say something out of character but doesn’t is the most Drake thing ever. He just proved it with his Joe Budden post. Someone should have told him not to. “Your friend is dying” of course he had nothing to say to that, at least that wouldn’t result in violence. Diss tracks are supposed to make THAT person look bad, attack THEIR character. His friend dying has nothing to do with Drake and Drake already rapped about his own son a week prior in subtle Drake fashion, everyone missed it. He obviously doesn’t run out of things to say though. I would agree with he was afraid Pusha T would have him killed if he responded with something worse, but believing he had nothing to ready to say is silly. Rapping about something that person can’t do anything about is suddenly a diss track now? I think anyone can say those things at any time. I’m surprised you don’t also consider that lame. And I love Pusha T. But that took zero creativity. Very smart reason he did it though. He didn’t diss Kendrick on this album, that was incorrect about that line. He’s done it a hundred times before this though. It’s nothing that personal or deep. Lastly, the ghostwriting narrative has been debunked for years now, including by his accusers and Quentin himself. I imagine you were being sarcastic. Drake is a well known ghostwriter himself, that’s why Dr. Dre hired him in 2005- what that line references- and forced him to prove his writing. That’s why he’s hired to write for others all the time. It’s okay to hate him, yes he’s petty and insecure, yes he’s emotional and soft. But we need to stop lying about people even if we don’t like them. It’s crazy.
