You talking about Morse code reminded me of my senior year in high school. 1 of the guys decided they might not pass their physics class unless they had help. He talked one of the smarter physics students into learning Morse Code so they could click pens and he could get the answers. He clicked a 7. The smart kid answered C etc. His plan seemed to be working until about 30 minutes into the test when they were shocked to hear the teacher clicking his own pen with the message ”I was in the Signal Corps in the Army." They stopped cold! I don't know if he past or not.

@@carolhowland9734 Probably both failed and were reported for cheating. But that is very old. That technique wasshown on TV in the late 60's. The show was "room 222" one of the students eventually became a teacher there.

If you use the sleep apnea machine the medical equipment company can track it. I use one, they can remotely control the settings and they are registered to the owner.

Take it to the Police Department. There maybe something on that computer that my protect someone or rescue them. It maybe essential evidence.

Morse Code.... When my Dad was learning code for one of his Ham Radio license, we called it his Dit Dit Da class. Had the course on cassette tapes.. Daddy and one brother are/were ham radio enthusiasts. I used to help Daddy with check-ins when he ran his clubs weekly net check in. His call sign was retired when he passed. My brother is still active

I have bought used laptops and had to scrub them. You can delete the folders off the desktop, then go into the control panel and delete the files. I can greatly sympathize with you two, I have been there done that. Fortunately, I have a good friend who is a superb computer tech and he has saved me a bunch of money and reset several computers for me. Love the channel, keep it going.

If you didn't know, the shell in the hat is called a "bump cap". These are generally worn instead of a hard hat. Guys don't like to fight a hard hat while working in a small space or even while working above ceiling tiles.

You can format the hard drive, that will wipe it out everything..or remove the hard drive and put in a new one..

For the sleep apnea or c- pap machine, you need new hoses and mouth pieces. Then clean the machine and disinfect it. . The hose needs to be replaced and they do have machine to clean them every day

Advice for the laptop you want to burn: delete all files and take it to a computer repair shop to have it reset back to factory specs. Then you can sell it. You may have to go to Akron, Youngstown or Cleveland to get it reset.

I was very proficient in Morse code when I was back in Scouts. I also taught how to read flags, and what you were doing did not sound or look like any thing to me, But if George says it is we will let her say that.

Don’t throw away it can be completely whipped out. I deleted something that was important for the computer and my daughter whipped it clean and reloaded it. It is still being used now 2 years later.

I would really dislike finding stuff like that on a laptop, I can understand George's reaction. Other than that is it possible to wipe everything off of them? I know when I was first learning at college I accidentally wiped the computer I was using and had to use another one, the lecturer had to download everything again - oops. Its amazing the things that are found in units, I noticed Guapo having a good look and I didn't realise how many items there were in the unit you could sell. Mind you a mobile screen doesn't show much lol. I think its time to get some sleep, so goodnight my friends, God bless you both and love and hugs Mary-Ellen UK

Got a camera at auction with an SD card. The photos on it were from an open casket funeral. Fortunately as a nurse Ive seen plenty of dead bodies but I would rather have not seen that one.

The form to keep hats in good shape. Use this for the hats that need washing and put them in the dishwasher. Take the form and hat out of dishwasher and let air dry.

I am disabled and have on my bucket list to buy a storage shed and go through iy. My doctor ordered me a eletric wheel chair so maybe I can go some places instead i=of being homebound.

Just be sure where you live is ADA compliant. An electric wheelchair won't be any good unless you can manuver in it. Not being able to move left or rright is a major problem.

About a year ago I had to get a sleep apnea machine. I don't know what it would cost in the States but I paid $2500 for my machine. (Most of it through insurance, thankfully, could never have afforded the full price) I'm not sure what you could get for it if you resold but that might give you an idea.

Just like storage lockers You find that on every computer usually All we used to do as a tech is reformat the drive and reinstall the operating system Nice clean system and computer then Resetting depending on the base system and update installed just resets the logins The offending material can be still there in a unused login Easy way for you guys Take it to a tech Have them clean it up And resell it for you. They might offer you better money if they need the parts My Sony Vaio. Brought for $800 Several years later Was offered $600 as a system when they saw it Took it for a cracked screen repair Tech offered me $1500 for parts

For the two HP computers that you have just found in storage don't forget that you can factory reset the computers and start from scratch All over again by erasing all files on that computer by doing that you won't have those files on there and give those computers a good cleaning and sterilize it with lots of alcohol wipes
