As they finalize and close on the new property, the old owner tells them many tales of the issues with a common neighbor

Jeremy and George, my family; Mimi, Frank, Shelby, Gregory and I as well as others here in town want to say Thank You for allowing us to honor Frankie there. We have been hesitant to put much there. For those who don't know, Frankie was 37 years old. He had a personality larger than life and was well loved. While no one knows exactly what happened, he was riding his 4 wheeler when he was thrown off. Thoughts are he swerved to avoid something or someone. He suffered traumatic brain injury. He left behind a 9 yr old son, wife, Mimi (sister) and us (parents). Again Thank you so much. You are such a blessing to us. Kim

Yes, the last thing George needs is a tick borne illness, few years back my Dad got "Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever/a tick borne illness" had a extremely high fever for a few days before going to hospital- almost had a stroke.

Before you even showed the first of the legs for the pews I was thinking it would be nice to have some pews there and have an outdoor worship area. I am enjoying learning the history of the property.

It would be cool if they could recreate the old ones, If any pictures exist of them, and donate one to a local historical society too. Doesn’t have to be a huge one, but maybe just a small one that needs two of the metal pieces. Maybe even make one to put by the memorial site they showed us for when/if that family comes by to visit.

Make a snap all pew and donate it to the new church. You could also put a piece of the church wood and tin roof in shadow box frames for the church. It’s memories of how their church started. They could hang the frames above the small pew.

50 acres of land locked property behind me in NY. Owner died, RIP. I'm Hoping his family is civil in trying to get there. We have surveyed land and old owner tried to get easements but was so rude about it. Man done messed up and sold all the road front. I've 4.5 acres that I know and protect. I love how you let everyone know its yours now and take care of it.

You should do a prescribed burn on that piece of property. It will clear the brush and you will see a ton of stuff previously hidden by the foliage.

Looks like you will need to take your neighbor to court to stop the trespassing. So glad you were able to get the old church property. You and the team need to invest in some good snake boots. A plus when playing in the over grown areas of FL.

Reminds me of old pews made up of individual seats. Might explain the number of metal pieces in close proximity.

In many old places they actually dig where an outhouse was. They find many items but mostly glass bottles. Over the decades the waste has turned to soil so there is no danger of disease. There could be several spots where the outhouse was placed as they would be moved when a new hole was needed. 🌜

Try to find an old picture or pictures of the church and maybe rebuild it sometime in the future that would be wildly cool as for the property line time for some more fencing
