My grandmother was one of 13 children, and was raised with 11 siblings! Wow. My great grandparents on both grandma's and grandpa's side came over from Poland on the same boat. In the 1930's. Very interesting video!

You should be able to locate plans/permits to additions at schoolhouse. I would start with the county clerk's office. You might even find original blueprints for schoolhouse. Here in FL you need permits for everything including new AC units, water heaters, windows...etc....

Something to consider before you wire in the light outside. If you are going to open up those windows (remove the paint on them) or put up a sign there, the light fixture obstructs the view of that window.

There should be records at the building department archives at town hall regarding any additions or remodelling of the original building. You might have to wait for the mayor and town clerk to get over their hussy fit and reopen the town hall to access them.

Jeremy, when meeting the local, start thinking who would be a good person to watch over the school when you're not in Flordia. If Otter Creek doesn't have a historic central, maybe people can start downing off local historic pictures to hang up in the hallway.

Geremy was like a kid on Christmas morning! So happy and excited to find all of the things around the new place. He deserved it after such an infuriating episode yesterday having to deal with the Odder Freaks at the city offices. Such a cool episode. Love Y'all! I hope HMTTG is a wonderful happy time for all involved.

Jeremy, since you have all those nice shower accessories, I would switch the one that you put up with one that has a handheld shower head. It certainly makes cleaning the shower stall easier when you can move the handheld piece around. Just a thought. I can hardly wait for the next video to see what's happening next. I am having so much fun watching everybody and their enthusiasm for what you are doing. You guys are amazing.

I am so exited for you all and the new property you have, wish I was there to help you clean it up (also I am an organizer freak, LOL) I wanted badly to be there on Saturday but I had some other things that had to take priority since my husbands death. You will be in my prayers and have a wonderful day on the 18th. My son lives in Chiefland and my sister near there but I am a little more than two hours south for now. Blessing to all.

If it was me, I would get rid of the place where the chickens and other animals are and move to the schoolhouse. You can make a section to live in. Paige and Christan has a area to stay when they come down. Doing a great job cleaning the place up. Enjoyed yesterday's video.

The big roll of tp goes with the old tp holders. The parts of the wall where you can see the old pink paint is where I large one roll dispenser use to be.

I want our old house restored, my mama & granny’s. Original part built in 1800. Additions made later. Some have to be torn off . Has original tin roof on it still . The old high school was 3 houses away . Fun going thru it as a kid

Please keep in mind when you get rid of the ceiling tiles it will cost more to cool the interior of the school house because your adding square footage. Just an fyi this looks like a cool project.

I think you would be wise to have the fuse box updated to a breaker box. Safer and more efficient. Should get a quote from an electricin!

Jeremy, you need to get rid of the wasps nest that seem to be by alot of doorstep and entering. You have enough problems with the mayor. That person would get bit and cause all kinds of problems. Love what you guys all do
