What would you do when you think no one is watching? What Would You Do? (WWYD?) explores the varying answers with the help of hidden cameras capturing individuals who have been placed within seemingly everyday situation that quickly go awry. The individuals on this hidden camera show are forced to make tough calls when directly faced with situations of racism, violence, hate crimes, and other hot button cultural issues. Catch John Quinones reporting on these individuals as they make split-second decisions to intervene or mind their own business. WWYD? airs Friday nights at 9|8c on ABC.

@@TheRealRip-Tide He bullied a girl because of her appearance and then acted like he did nothing wrong. If you think about it like this way, if a guy offers a girl who’s walking on the sidewalks connected to a beach and she says no because she has a boyfriend, the dude would hypothetically leave her and she would change her mind, making her the gold digger because she mainly wants his money. Now in the video, the dude that is working felt obligated to think that bullying a girl because of her looks would fix anything. He chose to stay away from her because of her weight. What does that tell you? He’s a gold digger. Even though he did not use her in any possible, he rudely displayed a few mean body language and then pretended like he did nothing wrong. What does that simply tell you? He is a good digger. There isn’t much differences compared to a girl as I told you because there’s similar things that they both share in common which means that the dude is a bully and a gold digger.

One of the things I really appreciate on this show is that they cast actors with the disability/condition that the person in the scenario is supposed to have. Actors with speech impediments & other diagnosis definitely deserve to get roles in which they can represent themselves.

@@ianmurphy9955 Ian, please don't say you stutter, you have a speech impediment. I do too, I've done the speech therapy program 3 times. I practice so much I've been mistaken for talking to myself. I do it in my head and out loud when driving alone. Remember to BREATHE, inhale before talking and let it out gradually. I know what we do, we usually tense up when called upon to speak. That makes it much more difficult, like I said BREATHE. I used to stammer and stutter on every word growing up and it wasn't pleasant. I was being medically released from the military when I did the program a third time. I noticed my speech improving over the months. That source of stress was now behind me and my speech improved. Going into any place of business I practice beforehand pertinent questions and always remember to breathe, it works well for me. Do your best to not think about how you would react if you find yourself called on to speak. Thinking about it ending in disaster only contributes towards it. Reframe that negative thought into a positive one. You can do this, no more can't. Remove that word from your vocabulary and substitute a positive one instead. Good luck, hope I didn't go on too long yet not sorry for it. Peace

You are right. He should have realised that his gf couldn't actually manage the situation by herself, because you know, she is a girl. He should have immediately jumped in, shushed her and told her to go and calm down because she was just being hysterical, she was probably on her period or something. We all know how emotional women get with their hormones and stuff. I honestly feel bad for her, she needs a better bf, one who will realise she is completely incapable of doing anything by herself and will always be around to immediately take over everything she tries to do, it is what all women really need. Idiot.

I don't have a huge stutter. Or maybe I just don't notice it as much. I have adhd and my stutter comes from me being so excitable. I either really wanna finish a situation or talk for hours but because of how little patience I have mixed with the ansyness. I'll be thinking about one thing and then accidently saying it. And I only have like 2 or 3 tries before I want to burst into tears because I don't like repeating myself because it feels like people are making fun of me.

@Joseph Leddy we were in high school 10 years ago. Like lmfao he was getting ready for college. I was almost 2 years younger and he wanted to focus, get his grades up which was a good idea but it was after like a month of dating so asked for us to stay friends... so he didnt get "hoed" you ignorant pig he chose for us to be friends because of our age gap and him likely going away for college..... its ignorant people like you who make them feel like they've been "hoed" or "clowned" around more so by viewing it as if someone isnt with someone with a stutter to this day as they got "hoed" makes them feel like they have been less people hear that shit less likely they are to feel that way.... but then again what is it to you rather I'm with them today or not. (We are good friends to this Day and has an amazing woman he met in his college years.)

@@Luc1ferzDaughter my best friend in the whole world had a stutter I loved him more than anyone and hated seeing people bully him or laugh at him and of course that made it worse the more stressed he got the worse the stutter got. I used to say slow down close your eyes listen to my voice breath and start again think about each word break it down in your mind before saying it he would and visibly relax and he could talk again but with less stuttering it used to make me smile as I was so proud of him as when I first met him he stuttered all the time but it got a lot better when I helped him relax he said he never thought he would talk normally before meeting me and he would smile this huge smile evertime he said a sentence without the stutter, that smile would light up my day. Sadly he was killed in a car accident the day after his 21st birthday it broke me when I was told I still think of him 30 years later every single day. My advice treasure your friends enjoy every moment you have as they may not be here one day, I know lives change people get busy so make time a phone call once a week meet in once a month anything to show you will be there for them most of my friends live miles away but we talk every week visit 3 times a year we alway plan to do something special just us every year actrip away or go to a gig anything just to spend time together that is the best advice I can give anyone as that can all be taken away in a blank of a eye ❤ take care stay safe xx

Me: uses the bathroom John Quiñones: What made you do that Edit: I’ve gotten the weirdest replies lol Edit 2: to prove my point in the first edit (i quote Konchi Latte for this) “I wasn’t doing a poo I was crying 😢” wtf? Lol Edit 3: Sarah Ihsani said: “ Wait-are you my uncle?” Sorry but I’m only 14 and none of my siblings/step siblings are married, so no I’m *not* you’re uncle

my tongue is slightly deformed so i’ve ha: a stutter and a stammer pretty much since i could speak. it took me so long to be comfortable with everyday conversation and even now i still struggle daily. hearing people around you telling you to just ‘speak’ or to ‘spit it out’ is horrible because that’s what im trying so hard to constantly do. it brings me to tears seeing people with so much compassion and patience, we need more people like this

As somebody who use to go to school with somebody who stutters (this was when I was 8) I remember people bullying her and telling her that she needs to learn how to talk. I remember them telling her to say words that they knew were hard for her. I remember making songs out of those words, stutters and all. We would sing them all of the time and she would be so happy. It’s one of the only songs that she was confident to sing and I was so proud of her.

As a long-time stutterer, the worst one can do: * is to fill in the words of someone who stutters. * ridicule them. * have no effing patience to listen. * the stutterer avoiding social situations. It's hard, I know, but it doesn't help in the long run.

As usual you guys do a great job bringing to light bullying and standing up when people can't stand up for themselves. If you are still doing episodes, would love to see wwyd when an introvert or somebody with social anxiety gets bullied. I've had people bully me over the way I talk and yet ask all the time when I dont talk "why don't you talk?" Or "why are you always quiet?" 🤔 I've even had people just randomly get downright nasty and mean just because I am an introvert and yet they don't actually conversate with me, they just ask why I'm always quiet and diss my personality

Same here. People make fun of me because of my stutter and other disabilities. And some people ask, "So, if you really have a stutter, then how come you can write just like a perfectly normal person? You're a fake!" My response: judge me when you're perfect. I don't make fun of you just because you can speak pretty well but have bad grammar. So don't judge me." It usually shuts them up
