1.Fry wheat until slight colour change (150gm) 2. Mix water 250ml until the water hits its temperature not so high. 3. Add 250ml water to make it cool. 4. 1 hour let it cool 5. Add yeast 2gm +glass of water , mix it with the above cooled wheat mix. 6. Pour into a water bottle and keep the cork locked on the first day, from the second day release the cork and close but not tightly, 7.on the 3rd day keep it in the refrigerator and it's to serve.
