Never as wheat contains gluten. And in the south where there is intense humidity rice is the best option. Even nature knows the best rice for humid climate and wheat for dry ones. 😊

Kerala consumes more wheat products, especially maidan. The direct result is increased incidence of cancer in all forms in kerala. Wheat is never healthy food.
