Those who say WOW is only for blacks are wrong. My step dad rode with the Philly chapter in the 1980s. WOW gets much respect from other larger clubs such as the Pagens. Long live WOW Philly brotherhood.

@ZEROcounit I've yet to see any Asians or Hispanics; let alone any Indians or Arabs in their clubs & I've encountered them in 4-5 states. That's jsut my observation. In any case, having a few White members is a step in the direction of integration. I'm not sure if it's "progress" per se but it's defintiely a step toward equality overall.
