Im fairly certain that was a phrase, and it sounds like it would be the original as it sounds old old fashioned.. So whether or not it was shortened to just 'Bread' first and then again to 'Dough', or just straight to 'Dough' im not sure.

@@lainey7985 RAM is a piece of hardware that only temporarily holds it's information on the ready for the CPU to use it, it deleted all the unneeded information as soon as it's done with it, it also does when the system shuts down. So basically a stick of ram itself is basically incapable of holding information like a USB-Stick(except if you junk improvise some sort of power supply that keeps the ram alive which is not the case here)

@@rho5539 being the bread winner isn't the same context of bread in this scenario. you're not going to see hemmingway talk about getting some bread in his novels. words will continue to have different meanings and uses from past iterations, a lot of languages are extremely fluid. just as there is regional dialect, there are generational dialectal differences.
