You mean -100% Logic, some characters have intelligence but the writers are to dumb to know how that feels so they just make it Plot Armor so Intelligence & Plot Armor are paired quite often

Until a season finale. I got one film idea where a villain tries to stop a hero but the villain knows about the hero’s plot armor, so he tries to pretend to attack the hero and even try to do good deeds, and when all that didn’t work to stop his fate, he decided to spend his last moments doing stuff that he really wanted to do (like a bucket list) before finally confronting his fate, only to see for himself that the hero didn’t have plot armor, he did, and with that plot armor, the villain defeats the hero and claims the world as his while plunging it into total darkness

It’s all fun and games until we’re in aot Either that, or it turns into a situation where the main character is jumped by the bad guy and then sustains major injuries, then has to go through a training arc which lasts for a few months of pain and misery.
