Typical IIT students' mentality, first work ass off to get into IIT, then go to IIT and think of getting into IAS or IIM. Then why don't these students go directly into IAS or IIM instead IIT.

Only low rankers study for IAS or IIM after IIT, Top rankers either go for high paying jobs or go to ivy league schools for high studies.

Once you become an IAS officer. U need to vanish off every other source of income that u are getting other than ias. An IAS officer who have there channel in utube , they are made to turn off there monetization ..

You can try entrepreneurship, you are well versed with the digital world, as you are creating content on youtube, or you can work on expanding your agency. All these competitive exams are like a rat race, even if you give your level best, there is no guarantee that you will become an IAS, because the competition is insanely high. Instead of running this rat race, you should run a race in which there are less competitors like entrepreneurship. I hope you get my point.
