@@dakota8381 yes he’s weak, a killer power that slows you down makes noise pre drop cancels ur power static blast take an infernal amount of time and hes so add on dependent, legion whit so many weakenest is far more reliable compared to doctor

As the creator of these two clips, maybe I can answer that: This is a bug since DBD was rewritten for the Unreal Engine 4 and it happens extremely rarely in the form we see in the clips, I personally managed to do it every 10 tries, usually ends with a traditional stun, in addition, certain conditions must be met for it to work and I personally know what these conditions are and that's why I manage to do something like this every 10th time
