Everyone loves a Good Burnout.. Unfortunately they don't always go according to plan with Tyre Fires, Rods Out or the dreaded Wall Hit.. Here's a compilation of some of the best action I've filmed over the past 12 months...

I'm an Aussie chick who loves fast cars and burnouts etc. Unfortunately, some silly Aussies though, tend to enjoy doing burnouts in suburban streets. And they have no respect for the residents in the area. Especially when children could possibly be outdoors during the day or it's late at night and most folks are sleeping. It's a shame that those idiots can't go to tracks where they can do whatever they want with their cars, legally. Instead of just fanging burnouts at roundabouts and so on, whenever it rains or randomly whenever they're bored.
@rydermiller17825 жыл бұрын
@@ozlass7778 fuck up, they aren't on tracks because they aren't open half the time and when they are open they get told off for bullshit, ain't their fault. Obviously anyone doing skid in the middle of busy roads should be shot but not anyone on quiet streets

I gotta hand it to the Aussies, (Michigan USA here). Many are a very "adventurist people" and these guys have a lot of experience building a nice car several times. Many people think it is a waste, and they may have a point to a "minimalist mindset". But it's just a voluntary transfer of wealth, (along with exciting entertainment), to the economy of the aftermarket industry, and they are not complaining. :) I like the Aussies. Sometimes shit just happens . Maybe watch some videos when Aussie burnouts go to plan , it's bloody impressive horsepower, driver skill and great entertainment. Cheers
@nordic54906 жыл бұрын
Pete, 100% correct. Most cars do not crash. A little fire is ok (possible paint damage - easily fixed) but owners do not want to damage their cars, but this is a highly skilled sport and things dont allways go to plan. All the ignorant yanks posting here should look up the rules, before typing rubbish. The competitors want to win, and points are deducted for tagging the wall, and for excessive fire. And yes, yank burnouts are the lamest thing.

So much hate from complete ignorance, let me try to explain to anyone who isnt Australian what they are actually seeing. These cars are burnout cars, specifically built for burnout competitions, they are not show cars. Some of these may also be drag cars. Burnout cars are usually built by hot rodders or drag car builders who are heavily into the drag racing scene, and this is kind of like a side project they do purely for fun and to let loose. Anyone who thinks they 'have no control' just doesnt understand that this is not just dudes showing off in their pride and joy, this is a burnout competition, with prize money, and these cars and purpose built to be absolutely thrashed and put on the best show they can. They dont spend hundreds of hours building these things to try and take care of em, they are built to be driven like this. Every one of these drivers would have other cars they work on, that they would never drive like this. This is sort of like a sub culture within the car scene in Australia.

Burnoutsa are one thing, small things please small minds BUT the deliberate fires are dangerous for competitors, officials and has been proven the public. Plus the idiots who deliberatly crash,,,, WTF are they on.
@ewilloch6 жыл бұрын
Either way, hundreds of thousand Dollars are spent on deliberately destroying Cars for „fun“. Money that people obviously can‘t possibly have worked hard to earn (easy come, easy go.) Also, money that could have been spent so much better on poor people where they would have created joy, Hope and real happiness for so many, instead of destruction and pollution for a few minutes of enjoyment for a little group of spoiled spectators and „competitors“.

Obviously you don't know how many of these old cars are in Aus, not to mention these guys buy rusted ones, reinforce them and do whatever they please. Please feel free to pay $500 - $16000 to save a cars life.

The engines in some of these cars are upwards of $16k, not to mention the man-hours put into body and paint. It's a total waste in my eyes, but if you have the money and this floats your boat, to each their own I guess.

you cant compare these burnouts to the way we do them in america. these cars are built just for roasting the tires. americans do them in street cars, on the street..
