Chris has the only channel that gives step by step instruction that garner results immediately. Ebay turned my traffic off, and I did the step by step resuscitation. Yesterday was my record sales day with $586.00. Thanks coach!

CONGRATS! I'm just now beginning the learning curve on how to make my ebay store more of a business than a hobby, and Chris is definitely helping shift my mindset!

Keep it up man, it's actually really simple. Maintaining consistency, and improving. I'll be quitting my job this summer possibly sooner cause of chris.

I could quit my full time job today, if I wanted/needed to. I'm nearly out of the growth phase. So close. I would make slightly less than my full time job, but if I went full time, I'm sure I'd end up passing it up. For now, I'm going to continue working my full time job and investing everything back into the business. This year should be the first year I start paying myself out. It's been 3 years since I started and my store is a monster compared to where I started. Started selling anything that wasn't bolted to the floor that I could make $5 profit on and now I have a store with over 1200 items, with an average profit of $38. Just have to keep grinding.

Quitting your job is the complete WRONG MINDSET. You must improve your business to the point where economically you have to FIRE YOUR BOSS. Quitting your job is a fear proposition, firing your boss is empowerment.

When you know how to list and sell 30 items a day and have all 5 of the things I discuss in this video, I think you're ready to do full-time, in my opinion. You can do it earlier, this is just what I've seen work for a lot of people supporting a family, and wanting to make $50-$100k profit a year.

I'm building back up after a 6 year absence. I'm at week 3 and am already at 1k in the bank (starting from $0) and averaging 2 sales a day. Listing 5 a day, moving to 10 a day VERY soon. Warehouse is getting set up. Dont have but a couple hundred items total at the moment. It is happening SO fast. Very exciting.

Chris is 100000% right! With no work ethic, all this shit he is saying does not work. once you tap into a good work ethic, and follow those steps, you will be well on your way. there are no short cuts!!! 15 years in the car business, and to be honest its more work, but I love it. No GMs or Owners down my neck. My dealerships reaches new goals, and the owners figure out a way to pay you less. Ebay business, will give you as much as you put in. I wish I would have got serious about this years ago. I tell people just because I work for my self, I dont have free time like you think. Thats going to take some time. But good work ethic, you will eventually create family time and free time. Stay the course and follow the process. It really works. Thanks again chris!

Awesome content. Wish I had found you a year ago! Question. I finally found the niche that works for me, men's cothing. But in the first year, I tried different categories like makeup and toys. Now they are not selling on my store at all and look out of place. I have cases of drawing mats, boxes of new makeup, that I don't know what to do with and are taking up space. What do you recommend I do with good product stock pile?

Thanks to the 100 listing challenge, I'm now able to get a good idea of what is selling and how much I'm making (Net) after fees, shipping & COGs. My average is $25 per item, so that means I would need to sell 24 per day in order to quit my job and go full time. For my first 4 months of being on eBay: I'm at 1.1% conversion rate, with 532 active listings. After last week I'm now averaging close to 2 sales per day for the past 30 days, with a listing goal of 10 per day. Will move up to 12 per day next month and keep increasing until I reach my goal of 20 listings per day. Would you consider this good progress? Thanks for the great content as usual!

Finding over 200 quality items a week in a reasonable amount of time is the problem. My solution is to do half that amount with twice the profit....also sourcing higher end like spend $100 to get guaranteed 30$ profit instead of spending $3 for 33 things that may sell for $20 but just sits forever.

I did the process of selling around the house. Took no more than 2 days to sell a single item. My third buyer was my second buyer. All I did was give people a deal. And I researched a good price. Apparently.

“Save these many months of expenses for emergency…” That is the part I don’t think is realistic. I had a store. I did not open my store because I had to work and ended up shutting it down because of no sales, no sales because I did not have time to open, did not open because I had to work, I had to work because I had low sales, I had low sales because I did not open, I did not open because…
