I'm a chroma main, I got him when I started playing warframe and I love how you do him justice. I use your builds for him and the weapons and it just melts sp, keep up the good work!

Ngl for an elemental dragon frame I feel we should be able to customize our energy color or status per ability, it’d give chroma some attention too

It seems like melee weapons don't do so good against bosses besides Accos, but I'd still like to play with a melee that can kill bosses like the Kuva Hek does. Maybe I'll give Wrathful a try.

You should do a guide or the best build for taking out the profit taker, you've done it for eidolon hunts before but not profit taker that I have seen.

Hello there! I have some questions about your overall build: 1) Since you do not possess the Scream anymore, you are unable to switch elements anymore, correct? 2) I see you do not run (Primed) Flow on a Chroma with so much Strength mods that increase the energy costs through the roof that even at 800+ energy it's still not that easy to manage it all (specially without Zenurik or Protea's Dispensary to fill it better). I did test Hunter Adrenaline but it's not effective at all since Chroma becomes so tanky due to his 2nd and 3rd abilities + Adaptation that barely takes any damage. Insignificantly less damage = insignificantly less amount of energy income overall. So why Hunter Adrenaline when you can run Zenurik + Protea's Dispensary + Primed Flow and be able to get so much more energy incoming? 3) To follow the 2nd question, knowing that we already barely have enough energy to keep the 2nd and 3rd abilities up, it's even crazier to keep the 4th one and Gloom to top it all. So why Gloom as a pick for his first ability? Thanks in advance!

1. I don't need to switch element as I go with pure cold on this build for survivability. 2. I don't have any problem with energy as my ele ward and vex armor last long, enough for me to cast it again. If you are having problem with energy then blue shards will help, but the biggest fix is the emergence dissipate arcane from operator. 3. Gloom has very minimal range on this and I use nuke weapons or incarnon ones to kill enemies before they even get close. Only time I use melee is when I'm doing a wrathful advance build. Again, I don't have a problem with energy at all with this build but if you are having one, then adding emergence dissipate would solve that or adding blue archon shards.

i see a bad habit with gloom , people completly stop to bullet jump or move properly and stay stationary . I mean for normal content its more than enought just go with vitality and adaptation. Gloom is in my point of view way to much overkill i rather strip some armor or buff the dmg even more .

Gloom is overkill on regular starchart, you're slowing enemies that barely spawn in 😅

Regarding normal star chart loom is still great for weaker frames and newer players who don't have the actual mods to survive on harder star chart missions. Gloom is still good on higher level missions because of its slow. Both of y'all nitpicked at specific scenarios to make your arguments fit instead of realizing that there's different reasons and components involved as well as users and what they have available to them.

@@MegaStorm your argument makes no sense. Newer players wont even get gloom for awhile or even have the ability to subsume. This is helpful to no one at all. The only thing it would be used for is the lifesteal mechanic in this build which is easily managed by either not taking damage or gaining life back any other number of ways. It's not needed to slow the enemies down because at that range everything is dead before it even gets to you.

When people open up helmet more than likely they have completed the star chart and gloom is going to be the easiest one for beginning of steel path. You thought you was actually saying something. Building a tanky warframe isn't difficult when much better frames like Gauss, Citrine or Nidus exist that don't require up to 10 forma to be incredibly strong even into Steel Path. What a waste, Chroma hasn't been good for a very long time, this build is no different.

Nah dude if basic heavy gunners deal a little damage to him, I think in archon hunt or even on the Venus orb you will get hit. And it's not even a steel path. So it just looks like an another niche warframe

Within the first minute you lost me because Spectral Scream DOES have use at swapping elements on command. The forth ability is useless and needs a rework. Yes the actual breath attack needs a damage boost, but it has more uses then then just that.

how do you choose what elemental buff of elemental ward to use ?

The element on ward is dependent on what color you select for emissive under appearance. There will be an icon that will annotate which element it is. I.e snowflake for cold.
