The female cop with that stalker case has the realest level of patience I've ever seen in any bodycam video. All the other cops I've seen are so calm and collected like HOWWWW ??
@lataniafenn60732 ай бұрын
I know, I loved when she closed the door and was like I’m done, I’m taking you to jail. I feel like sometimes cops give people too much grace and time when they have already refuse to comply. At that point take them to jail. Especially with criminal trespass (I have to ask for CT at bars I worked at on occasion) majority of the time the person can literally just walk off the premises and be done, but choose to be argumentative and push buttons. At that point you want to go to jail.

I 100% agree with you. But these guys know how to operate within the confines of the constitution. And it's really hard to put someone away because you think they're a danger and they most likely are but they're not doing anything dangerous at that moment you just can't arrest people because you think they're going to commit her crime later on unless there is no doubt that a crime will be committed. The best thing to do is for the victim to get an order of protection against that person. In some places depending on the judge or the police it could be tricky which it shouldn't be. If you feel threatened by anybody you should be allowed to get an order of protection without question
@mad_quack2 ай бұрын
Stalkers always lead to something more sinister and I don’t understand why the only type of trying to keep them away is restraining order. It doesn’t physically stop them from trying to stalk again…
@aaronjones5742Ай бұрын
It’s stupid but it has to do with physical evidence. There’s no proof that the stalker was on your property. If you’re able to catch them on camera on your property more than once then you can have them trespassed. If you have them trespassed then they can go to jail for trespassing. Stalking is a weird concept and the law doesn’t really recognize that unfortunately. It’s frustrating but it also has to do with the whole innocent until proven guilty. That’s why stalkers back in the day almost never got caught bc there weren’t any cameras on peoples properties and there was no phone recording peoples location. Looking isn’t illegal, trespassing is, and if they continuously try to call and text you then it can also be considered harassment. So if you think someone is stalking you, try to document and record everything. It’s essentially the only way to prove anything. And you need multiple instances of this person being on your property that are provable. Hope this helped

@@sharitafoster3430 That's what I was thinking... There's def people who know this guys reputation and how much of a hothead he is, so why even go and stir shit up, even if he wasn't meaning anything sore by it. I know that the road to hell is paved with good intentions but motioning for "rock paper scissors" was a dumb thing to do. It can be construed as something else if the other person doesn't clearly see what you're doing or know what it is you're doing. It was dark, this dude is a hothead already with charges pending or whatever over stabbing someone else, so he should have left it alone. I agree, though, that he was smart in going behind the bar. As the original comment says, there's a time for bravado and then there's a time when you need to think smart and keep your ass from getting seriously hurt.

@@jimmysullivan6054 Ironically, that's exactly the zero effort thought narcissists like Abby count on. His covert narcissist girlfriend who orchestrated everything likely turned him into a shell of his former self. She 100% set him up with Paulie and the cop/police who has "always been cool to [him]". Got a false confession by feeding him the paper, rocks, scissors lie that even Abby denied ever happened. Then cop's obvious tell during the illegal interrogation/false confession: "what's his name". Also, why was zero info ever released for the alleged initial stabbing victim months beforehand. I guarantee you ABBY is behind that too. No victim was ever named and no details were ever released. She probably cried and stupid cops where like, ohh you poor victim. That or they are hooking up (sorry just threw up in my mouth a little bit). Multiple times the cops covered up the fact that Paulie and Abby know each other. Cop should have his qualified immunity stripped. And the actual victim still tells the narcissist he loves her (not that she said it back; they get off on hurting others -- narcissistic supply).My experience was 6 years ago and without a voice recorder I'd have been in prison too. Even with a minor in psychology I had no idea such creatures walked the Earth. After that experience and being on the brink of suicide as a result, I've watched nearly 1000 hours of credible KZfaq video on the subject and about a dozen books on the subject. Now I have a fine-tuned sense for identifying these evil creatures.
@TheLoneCamper3 ай бұрын
@ElizaSimmer Until you've been the victim of a covert narcissist, which she most certainly is, you will likely never understand or even comprehend that such an evil walks (using that term loosely in this case) the earth. He still "loves" Abby but fails to realize that she orchestrated the entire thing. And the cops were complicit. Tried coaching the 1st witness at the bar to go alog with not knowing Abby's name despit the fact that he cut him off and said her name. Then calls the plaintiff "what's his name" (huge tell) lying about the fact that they planned it and already know each other. Of course the narcissist still threw him under the bus. I bet you $10,000 they have incriminating text messages. I bet another $10,000 he was literally reading and deleting them right in front of the cop at the bar while he interviewed the guy who witnessed nothing and never saw a knife. Then cuts him off when he he points out that "what's his name" was yelling. Finally, who was the original stabbing vicim months prior? He was on probation, would have been cleared in under 2 years. There is no victim! Research it. There is zero info about it. Likely Abby and the cop who's "always been cool" to him likely framed him for that too. Some cop's egos are as predictable as the sunrise. Literally none of Abby's story makes sense and she tried lying about every aspect of it, even denying her own kids! Didn't stop the cop from feeding the paper rocks scissors lie to the actual victim. Cop and Abby belong in prison!
