Because of the shape of their mouths being a bit different from other dogs, pits have a much more pronounced, 'doggie grin.' and I've talked with other people that own or have owned pit bulls and maybe 9/10 of them vouched that pits have a 'happy dance'

It’s really not that Dad’s don’t like dogs. Quite the extreme opposite actually, It’s simply that we know we’re the ones gonna take care of the thing no matter how many promises the wife and kids make. Especially when our plates are usually already full !

Every day I grab her and smell her and hug her and try and force myself to remember that moment, but I dont know if anything will ever be enough. Every day I wake up and I cant really capture the moment we had.. I lost my mom about 6 years ago and that hurt more than anything, but it does get easier, although I know that doesnt help you right now.. Im so so sorry for you, but im sure you gave her the best life possible, and you will remember her for the rest of you life :)

I have heard of Pits become THERAPY dogs-even Cesar Millan had a Pit named “Junior” who he used to calm aggressive dogs he helped to rehabilitate. Junior was very calm, cool and collected. He was as docile as any dog could be. Was sad when I heard Junior passed away a few years ago and went to Rainbow Bridge. He’s with Jesus now and playing with all the other dogs who passed on. RIP, Junior, and all like you. You were one of the best-and you still are!

I would open my eyes, and the first thing I would see is her beautiful sweet eyes staring at me with so much love. I don't think anyone has ever stare at me like she did.
