Julia Hartley-Brewer says “it is utterly bizarre” that people who are concerned about immigration “are branded far right and bigoted”.
“The main decider should be, do the British people benefit from this person living in this country?"
Marine Le Pen's far-right National Rally party won the most votes in the first round of France's parliamentary elections.
After the first vote on Sunday, the National Rally was significantly ahead with 33.14% of the vote, followed by the left-wing New Popular Front alliance with 27.99%. The comprehensive party, which includes President Emmanuel Macron's Ennahda party, trails with 20.76 percent, according to France's Interior Ministry.
Ms Le Pen said in a speech to supporters in Herning-Beaumont in northern France: "Nothing has been won yet, the second round will decide the outcome.".

I believe anybody entering our country illegally should automatically lose their right to apply for asylum here. No getting lawyers and appealing, just a straight NO. There are legal ways to apply, they shpuld wait their turn with everybody else.

Who asked the tax payer if they wanted any of this. Historically rulers would have been “removed” for less than this. I have many friends, family and a wife that are all immigrants to the uk but they all have one thing in common, they came to the uk have integrated into society and pay their way in value adding jobs. What we are being expected to accept currently is unchecked immigration consisting of a majority that dislike the west and we are being expected to pay for it. It blows my mind that the politicians can sleep at night knowing how much they are betraying their people. At this point It’s almost like they desire a revolution.

My father and extended family are all immigrants. From business owners, CEO, medical degree, media , office workers to factory workers all here working. Celebrate Diwali, Christmas, Easter etc.. Immigrant works if you come in to integrate. However, it must be regulated. We don’t have the infrastructure for the amount of immigrant numbers. I am voting reform. Not just for the immigrant, the woke far left (safe women spaces), the taxation on wages, and the patriotism. At the moment they are the only ones I can trust.

The developed nations populations have all peaked and are declining, whilst some countries which are African or muslim still have growing population. This type of migration has a very low chance of being a net benefit to European countries, it's harsh but true. In fact it is likely to be a huge cost with higher crime and dis order. This is a new paradigm where immigration is a massive net cost. It's a tough situation because we have debt ridden, uncompetitive economies from government mis allocation of capital over the years. But this immigration will only make things worse.

Before 2019 I had already decided never to vote again but lent my vote to the Conservatives to "get Brexit done." As I am still waiting for Brexit to be done & given the C*vid nonsense from the Tory/Labour uniparty, I had reverted to never voting again. Julia, thank you so much. Listening to you talk, it’s like me talking with your guests. All the points you’re making are spot on. We need the Tories to disappear from the scene , so that the new opposition can take over. We all saw it in the Leaders debate, there was only, but one opposition and that was Reform party and Nigel Farage. When it came to things that matter, the other six were closing in ranks against Farage. Without Reform and Nigel Farage there’s no opposition and no real change in this country.

It’s no longer sustainable to ignore our values in this country England. Integration to other countries should come with passports where your last form of worked? What your values are to the country and can you support yourself with health, plus money in an account that you can support yourself with that and not be a burden to the taxpayer or the state. That is the way for immigration and that is the way for jobs to be filled in the right manner. Is ironic that our HMRC want to know exactly every little thing about us in this country that contribute and yet they do nothing absolutely nothing to reform our values. " does it benefit the uk" is a useless measure. Edgar hoover said find me the man and ill find you a crime to lock him up with. Those that support the boats will simply claim it improves GDP. But if GDP took advantage of brexit a GDP OF 15 to 17% would dwarf the 0.3 to 0.6% immigration adds!!!!!!!! We would have wage growth based on wealth creation and a booming economy across the board. Its the other damages immigration does...fills houses, streets, town, vilkages, increases crime ( denmark study), use of drugs, violence, destabilises populations and societies, hurts education for all but esp the poor, hurts the old with poor services etc etc....
