You seriously didn't look up what reason might be behind a concert that bad like their wouldn't be anything about it and why if HE didn't feel well would they all play badly look it up its hilarious and they never weren't unpopular because of that or at all then because of Flea got all their popularity back all of a sudden they did it on purpose because the audience was awful to the opening act they left the stage crying and the guys then played the worst but most hilarious show I've ever seen like duh maybe because he didn't feel well they all played badly good lord that actually made sense when you made the video those words made sense and it's one of the biggest bands the there's not going to be nothing or no explanation about something like this but stop making it sound like they became unpopular by everyone and then Flea saved them and they got their fans all back again real fans know what happened but if your going to do a video about something documented do your research so you don't do things like assume because of one person not feeling well the entire band couldn't play well!😂😂

Well he should've been prepared. A smart junkie (lol I know right) would've understood he was going to a foreign country for work obligations (which helped fund more drugs) so if he couldn't sneak enough dope to take with him he should've had a doctor write him a script for morphine and another for percocet and used them to maintain while in south America.... its not ideal, but as a former junkie, I gotta say you must plan ahead for this type of thing

@Lowerclergy
@Lowerclergy 6 ай бұрын
@@deadbeats4894 yeah and i just don't understand that because when I was a junkie I always planned ahead. And if I had been in his position there's no way I wouldn't have put a condom full of dope up my ass before getting on a plane to another country. Not only would being dopesick make getting on stage really hard, a really "oh God I can't wait till this is over" type of moment, but just the fact that he'd be putting out a subpar performance and that's a crappy and selfish thing to do when people have spent their hard earned money on tickets. That's why he'd usually be unable to sing live on tours in other countries. See being sober is the ideal way to perform because you're at your best, but if you are addicted to drugs then until you fully detox then that means when sober you're sick, weak, and mentally cloudy and while "high" you actually feel normal... it's a terrible way to live thank god I put the needle down 3 years ago and all other drugs I put down 2 years ago, but I remember very well what it was like hustling, grinding, being rich, and being very poor during the 10 years I was on dope... ain't no way to live

@@Lowerclergyyep when it gets to a point where you don't even really get high anymore you just have to do it to feel normal it's crazy. I never got into H but every other opiate that didn't require a needle. After a couple years it was near impossible to get the high like the first couple months. I just did it so I could function. That's when it's really bad because now you have no choice but to find some. That was the other thing that became a chore. Finding the amount you need to be normal became a difficult task

@@brain4154 and on the non-US version there is an extra song, Omar is credited as playing bass on that one. Doesn't sound familiar to me, I don't think I had ever heard it before (just a minute ago). *I think Meldal-Johnsen is the guy from Beck, maybe ?

What's up w this trend of people who know nothing about the actual events digging up old stories and over-dramatizing them for views? It's so annoying. This woman clearly knows NOTHING about Nirvana, Kurt, his illness, etc...and she's just regurgitating some shit she heard somewhere else. "Neervonna" had a very particular fan base and they actually loved it when he would intentionally sabotage their shows. So much of what you just said is over-dramatized gossip.

Actually, trumpet was his first instrument before he took-up bass, and he can play it beautifully when he wants to. Here, he was intentionally not trying to be virtuosic on the instrument in the punk rock spirit of the given performance, but trust me, he definitely can play it well when he chooses to

He's great with Trumpet. He went to college in 2008 for Trumpet performance, music theory and composition. He's played on multiple records with Trumpet, i.e Frances the Mute from The Mars Volta. Even in this short clip, his embouchure is on point.

Nirvana didnt stop being popular because of the incident in Argentina where the support act was not well received (and also, they played bad and unknown cover songs in purpose). In Brazil, Kurt was dopesick and had a very though argument with his wife. On top of that, he was dopesick. So then he did not sing with much emotion but he actually did not play that bad. But the crowd wasnt thinking that way so Flea helping with his cool trumpet solo was kind enough to gain the favor of the audience back.
