Eleonore has to be one of the most versatile singers I've ever heard. With VOCES8 she has done Bach/Baroque style, Italian madrigal style, contemporary acapella, celtic style. She sings them all and sounds completely different and perfect in each one

Sarah there are but several wonderful tunes to Isaac Watts great hymn so beautifully undertaken by you and Eleonore. The British and Welsh have captured these beautiful words in the settings to the tunes: "Rockingham" or "Hamburg" and then of course this rendition to the tune "O Waly Waly". The Welsh have that glorious setting Morte Christe which is simply stunning. We always have to give thanks for what the British have given in the world of music. You have blessed us greatly. I came here quite sad. Ok, heartbroken because I just learned that voces8 had had to cancel their Graz/Austria concert three days from now AGAIN because of this pandemic. From the cancellation I went on to learn that Eleonore Cockerham had left voces8, so I won't be able to hear her as part of this amazing ensemble again. :-( But: This song touches my soul immensely. Both of your voices in perfect harmony with each other, sublime guitar playing - and the feeling, that you are really feeling what you are singing. Thank you!
