There was a point in my life when I was hurting so bad, I just wanted to give up on life but I managed and survived that pain by depending on God. I was praying , listening to Gospel songs n preachings.. I always thank God for being there, his presence helped me through the hardest phase in my life. God is real.

This had me crying on a public bus rubbing my tears without a job and no family no friends, burdened by so much i can't pay by the end of this month, going back from another failed attempt. I’m so blessed to say my work gave me a 25 minute mental health break to get myself together. I’m fighting so hard. I believe I can get through this. I hope in a few years I can find this video and smile and see how much better the life is for myself and my children. It’s going to get better

I’m 43, retired Deputy, and I just went through divorce, 25 year marriage, while I was working my ex husband had 2 affairs and had 5 children with 2 women, I went through a lot of pain and suffering, and as tuff as I thought I was, I almost lost my head, but I finally pulled through and your motivation speech gave me soo much empowerment and I want to say thank you sir...my life is beautiful and i would never look back... God is good ...

No, those who commit suicide are weak. They are mentally weak because they gave up too early, they died during the night when dawn was just on the horizon. Never ever commit suicide, it's not an option and if you do consider it an option, well, you are just gonna spread sadness and grief among your family and friends knowing that you died by your own hands and without honor

I've tried for too long. My body is falling apart and noone knows why. I haven't eaten in 3 months because my muscles messed up my jaw so badly and noone knows what to do about it. It's going to break any day now. I hope this video helps a lot of people. I know I won't be here much longer. Kudos to everyone that still has the will to fight. I've been too weak to get out of bed. I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and general depression. I barely eat anything and I can't even get up from my bed! This video made me feel something else rather than being in the bottom of my soul! Thank you for making me cry and feel myself again for sometime!

Hey Sarah, I have a similar diagnosis and I really recommend watching some of Jordan Petersons talks. I'm in a really dark place myself but those always end up making me feel like there still is a point to all of this suffering.

you are not alone my friend, i suffer from the same......the girl i loved did not want me anymore in her life and i left the place to relocate to another to start a new life but the memories still stay with me to this day.....but again i keep fighting and will keep fighting until i become great and formidable myself and so will you!!....i believe in you and we are all in this together:....god bless: )

I’ve isolated myself so much within the last few years trying to find hope and not give up. Sometimes a hug can go a long way , they’ve helped me out when I thought I was done. Hanging in there for a better future.
