If you've never watched Gumball, Steve, I would highly recommend it. The humor would be right up your alley. And even those these are labeled, "Kid's shows", they are really just animated comedies, and there is nothing "kid" about many of them.

My cousin used to watch Jake and the Neverland Pirates and got me, a then 13 year old, hooked on it. It was originally as a joke… 10 years later, and I completely forgot about it. The “Hey, you f____ing boy!” made me cry laughing. Same with Ni Hao Kailan. Died laughing at that too! Even better because of the fact it was actually proven true. It’s actually a word in Mandarin Chinese for snow.
