At 11:46 why can't Fedoseev play Bh6 followed by Bg5 blocking off blacks bishop and clearing the way for Kg5?

It does not work. The only square through which white's king can enter the position is g5. By placing a white bishop there, the white king gets blocked out of the game. And if white then moves the bishop along that diagonal to free up space for his king, black can put his bishop on h6 to stop the white king from going to g5.

Here is the proof of magnus goat in endgame. Immediately after agreeing to a draw he told if you try to play bh6 and bg5 i have bh4 brilliant move

this one is not too easy to see. i don't know if you should call this a blunder rather than a 'inaccuracy'. moreover, the engine bar only drops from 0 to 1.43. Sure it would've been a bad move, especially on such a high level, and it would have put magnus in a worse position, but then again, everything should be considered a blunder that leads to a loss in the end. i mean, it's a bishop-rook trade. there are worse moves. but yes, it could have made the difference between a draw and a loss.

Did Magnus tell at 12:30 that he thought after 27...Ra2 28.Qc4 was happening cause he seemed surprised when Fedoseev told him e5 fb Bh7+ wins a exchange?

No he said 27...Ra2 28.e5 Qxe5 29.Qc4 forks the rook and bishop.

White can play 1.e5 Bxe5 2. Bh7+ Kxh7 3. Qxa2. White is exchange up and has excellent chance to win

@@stagna1959 In fact the crucial line was 1. .. Ra2 2.e5 Qxe5 3.Bh7+ Kxh7 4.Qxa2 Qe4 5.Qb1 (black is threatening mate, and there are no good ways to defend without losing g2 and h3 and a big advantage for black. But Magnus missed Qb1 pins e4 to Kh7 and white wins. Magnus missed Qb1.

Draw. Fedoseev has no way to make progress. Also, when arranging the pieces after the game, they put one king on the black centre square and the other king on the white centre square - this indicates a draw. If they put both kings on black squares, that would mean black had won.
