**Ingredients**:
- Eggs (appropriate amount, according to family size)
**seasoning**:
- table salt
- baking soda
- white vinegar
- clear water
Production steps:
1. Prepare the right amount of eggs according to the number of people in the family.
2. Check the shells of each egg to make sure they have no cracks or bumps that could break apart during cooking.
3. Add a spoonful of salt, an appropriate amount of baking soda and water to the egg, and stir well.
4. Soak the eggs for 5 minutes, not only to sterilize, but also to soften the dirt on the surface of the eggs.
5. Use a paper towel to carefully wash the surface of the egg to remove impurities such as bacteria and other impurities.
6. Rinse the eggs in clean water again.
7. Put all the eggs into the pot, remember to handle gently to prevent cracking.
8. Use cold water to boil eggs, do not use hot water as this will cause the shell to burst.
9. Add a spoonful of table salt and a few drops of white vinegar to enhance the flavor, set the eggs quickly, and soften the shells.
10. Cover the pot and turn on the fire. After the water boils, turn to medium heat and continue cooking.
11. Cook eggs according to your taste preference:
- 1-2 minutes: The eggs are still runny.
- 3-5 minutes: The eggs are the most tender and the yolks are just set.
- More than 5 minutes: the egg tastes dry.
12. Take out the boiled eggs with a colander, soak them in cold water for 2 minutes, quickly cool down and help the egg shell and egg meat to separate.
13. Remove the eggs and put them on a plate.
14. Peel the eggs and cut them open to check for doneness and texture.
