Nice house, it’s not easy to get everything done perfectly in the Philippines, but that’s totally fine the finished product is still very nice and way cheaper than other countries. We built our house in Cagayan De Oro City for around $60,000 US Dollars, and now building our small Beach Hotel in CDO also for little over $200K US Dollars. We hope to welcome Alex in the future at Ohana Beach Suites

Very few good contractors in the Philippines especially in the province. Some will overcharge you. Only the Armstrong family on youtube and a construction company in Batangas (My PI dream’s friend) are worthy and experienced unless you manage and do it yourself. You have to be on the build site everyday.
