Work on yourself, that means going to the gym, meet with friends, go on trips, travel, post it on social media and look unaffected by breakup, but don't overdo it 3. Meet new women. That's it. This is cycle of life, when something dies something new is already born for you. Don't chase - attract.

Been there and done it in my early days and learned from it. 100% spot on advice. Don’t cave in to the temptation to increase the texting or the calls, that includes the approval seeking behaviour in person. Keep strong guys, be busy, be on your purpose and don’t chase, trust the process 👍🏻

I think the problem comes partly from the fact that a lot of us have been following advice from a previous generation of psychologists, who taught that the key to attraction and the essence of relationship success was more communication, progressive self-disclosure and a deeper understanding of each other. Based on such advice, the proper response to her backing away or her losing interest seemed to be to seek clarification and press for the opportunity to ''talk it through'' and address any problems through open discussion. That often had the effect of pushing the ''relationship'' into crisis mode before there was really much of a relationship.

This is happening to me right now after eight months with my girlfriend. I noticed the good morning and good night messages are starting to disappear. I asked her if I could see her last night and she said that she was tired and she wanted to spend time with her son. I said I get it you’re just not interested in spending time with me. She got upset and said that’s not the case at all. Why would you think that. I brushed it off and said I was just giving her a hard time. Dont say "I get it your not interested" that is being passive aggressive and that makes you look insecure. WOmen hate passive aggressive men it makes you look weak. If she says no then you simply say ok and dont show her that your upset. Also no need to say good morning every morning once in awhile is ok. Same with goodnight.

I caught her talking to someone deleting text meeting him and i complained their parents and they took her to home from college and i convinced her mother to marry her on the next day her grandfather passed away and i was so desperate to talk to her even at that time made so many calls her father noticed it and called me next day i meet them at police station there she said she wants to break up with me we had 3 years lo living relationship is there any possiblity that she would come back
