when stockfish gives brilliants to the wrong moves

Жыл бұрынwhen you think you're dumb in chess, but stockfish disagrees... so yeah this was a game i actually played but recreated it with a friend in unrated. i literally don't know why THAT was brilliant of all things instead of fxg6 (the move the video started with) or smt... who even knows brilliant moves are basically broken gothamchess/levy had a similar situation with stockfish in guess the elo once too lol

It's a brilliant move because you are sacrificing your knight on f3 (which is what a brilliant move is: a creative piece sacrifice)

Cuz you had a knight under attack, so you "suckrefised" the knight via O-O-O and this is why you got "brilliant" move

bruh one time i literally took a fucking knight with my queen and it was a brilliant move. no sacrifices, no nothing. simply just taking a free fucking knight. wtf?

Umm actually that is a brilliant move because your knight is hanging and if he takes theres Queen takes g6 and mate attacks soo umm white is winning

Yep!!! Happened when my opponent castled he got a brilliant for it? Of course I was attacking the center somehow without stopping castles but still a single exclamation is enough???
