I was on the verge of giving up running as I am recovering from a femoral neck stress fracture and still on crutches, but after listening to Seth I will give running another try.

I just started running after 13 weeks due to femoral neck stress fracture. From crutches to run walk, many hours on the spin bike, swimming, and rehab exercises. Keep going and you will get there soon 👍

those bushes and rocky trails are possibly the perfect habitats for snakes (obviously not in this demonic weather)… Seth, have you ever encountered any kind of these crawling reptiley bodies on your trail running adventures to the mountains?
