Meanwhile I recently beat up the Commintern, Axis and Entente (which had most of the allies, the real allies just had me and the U.K.) with just the generic focus tree expanded mod, the radicalized Better Government mod and a dream. Note, I was at war with all of these enemies at the same time and to get to the Axis I went around the Soviet! I DID have to conscript everyone in the country, including the women and children though which was... probably not great. Doubt the world needed to be run by an army of children.
