If I were you I would start like this: - first 6 months: do lots of push-ups and pull-ups, if you can't do normal push-ups do knee push-ups, if you can't do pull-ups do australian pull-ups - next few months: start doing variations of push-ups and pull-ups, for example archer push-ups and pull-ups, pseudo push-ups, chin-ups, L-sit pull-ups - next, when you can do over 40 push-ups and 15 pull-ups clean reps, you can start learning the skills because only now you'll have the necessary strength. I would start with handstand, muscle-up and L-sit. You would probably need only like 1-2 months to unlock them - next, start training for planche and front lever, or whichever more advanced skills you want other tips: -warm up before training - if you have an injury don't train, do straches and rest - if you want to build muscles you need to eat lots of protein, and because you are so young you would probably only start putting some muscles from 12-13 years of age - learn and educate yourself about your goals, watch youtube videos and read - have patience, not everyones journey is the same - don't give up

@@DavidSalagean ok but I can’t pack my lunch cause my parents work early and i don’t know what food i should eat if there’s a video that you would recommend I will gratefully accept

​@@JordanChanDan I don't think you should worry about what you are eating at your age. As long as you eat your veggies and fruits and don't eat too much sugar you should be good. As you grow up and you are like 13-14 years old your body starts to produce more testosterone and then you can start building muscles. Anyways if you wanna learn more, I recommend you Jeremy Ethier's youtube channel, he has lots of videos about every aspect of working out, from training, and curing injuries, to building muscles.

​@@JordanChanDan you can train for different goals with calisthenics. It depends on the number of repetitions you do per exercise. If you want to build: strength -> aim for 3-5 reps muscles -> 8-12 reps endurance -> 14-20 reps
