My adhd medication takes about 10 to 20 minutes to start working and the effects last about 10 hours with no crash and no side effects - my doctor told me they’d start working within about 10 minutes and she was right. I started on the highest dose.

I bought your book. Wow you can really write sir! I have to take my time though, just bc of the Trump exposure. I know I will learn a lot.
