Your best dps isn't your best player if he doesn't listen. The most important trait of a raider is the ability to listen to calls, the second one is to use your util when required and the 3rd one is having that big meaty co.. Dumb players dont make your raid stronger, even if they do the most damage. And by that, most damage is often achieved in classic by being reckless.

Nah its poor followship. He made the call early. He repeated his call again multiple times, not to mention that the clip cuts into it and i kinda wanna bet that he was at his second or third call already. He even after saying it multiple times called out the guy by name, while name calling, but still adressed him specificly. That guy then failed to actually go back in a normal way and managed to pull the boss and in that scenario he even saved his ass. He made sure hes not wrong and asked again if the preti port will work and adressed that guy afterwards in a "normal" even tho enraged way and called him out. Not to mention that guy wasnt afk or fell asleep or anything since you see his mouse move .. he was just feeling special creating a risk for 39 other characters with multiple hundreds of gametime. On top of it apparently not being the first time this happend the way he said it and that guy is still in the Raid and hasnt been cut off. The thing thats poor is his relationship to french canadians and his mental wellbeing .. but if you are a normal guy and you experience those things over and over again under stress and high focus and dont have a ton of selfesteem to just go "welp his fault not mine" without getting frustrated or irritated .. it brings you on edge.

People have invested entire days of their life into these characters and he is responsible for them. Listen to your raid leader if you don't want to be called the idiot that you are.

@@Brickwinds Mean their is a way to do it, I've been in that position before. Their is a way to raidlead and keep your members happy and in line. That is not one of them. Personally not a fan of the vanilla style raidleading, it shows how trash of a person they really are personally.

This raid leader is entirely too emotional. I wouldn’t trust him, seems he flies off the handle so easily. Raid leaders need to be calm.

doesn't give a significant difference in dps and threat, but taking much more dmg from boss/trash and makes the healer spend much more unnecessary heal, which in a lot of situations can be critical. It could be applied SOMETIMES in the 40-man raid, but also so unrecommended for most of the time.

Then leave the group and go find baddies who don't care if you wipe the raid

It's even more not fun to play with a stupid person who thinks a Kazzak raid is the best time to go afk, and potentially kill the entire raid and waste hundreds of days of playing time

In this scenario its the person going afk who is toxic.. Nothing wrong getting mad (so he understand its not okay and will not repeat the misstake)

yeah .. the raid leader is really toxic for getting mad that people are in a group while his job is to organize everything and tell people what to do while people dont listen to what they are told, despite him repeating it over and over and the way he said it it also wasnt the first time the warrior had to be called out. Not to mention he went out of his way to save him. Truly the pinnacle of toxicity.
